Pretty bad. We received an email confirming that the freight would be delivered yesterday. We stayed at home all day and the next day. No phone calls/ texts. There's no one knocking on the door, or ringing the door bell. We only found in our letterbox a TNT card, which is completely blank (see the photo). It would seem that the delivery guys simply dropped the card and ran away.

Since when can you NOT send a parcel ( documents ) at fedex. “ go down to pack n send” is what the guy told me to do .... really !!! I walked out I will never go Back To these monkeys What a joke. I went to aid post after and posted within 10 minutes!! Cost me 40 bucks and was easy as. FedEx Bendigo what an absolute joke

Awesome service, really friendly, couldn’t have been easier. Most of the problems with this place I believe would stem from retailers using cheap internationally based 3rd party couriers who supply consumers with incorrect information about parcel status. The people here couldn’t have been more helpful, problem resolved under 5 minutes.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING SHIPPED WITH FEDEX IF YOU LIVE IN THE BENDIGO AREA. I have attempted to have items delivered multiple times with fedex (operating under TNT in bendigo), and every time without failure the package arrives from its international origin and is delivered to the long gully/bendigo depot within days, where it then sits for sometimes a week without moving or without any phone call. It is also impossible to contact the long gully depot yourself. When you finally do get contact, you are expected to drive 30 minutes to the depot and pick the item up yourself, even though you have paid the money to have the item delivered to your door via express service. Yet they can deliver to my place of work 5 days a week which is even further away from the depot. The staff and service are hopeless. I would not recommend to anyone. Do not use them if the delivery will be going via long gully. You are better off with literally any other freight option.

Very poor and extremely rude customer service from reception! Picking up a parcel has never been more difficult. If they handle their goods like they handle their customers I would not recommend their services to anybody.

FedEx TNT Long Gully Bendigo. Ordered a package from Lithuanian. Took 5 days to arrive to the above deport that then held it (delayed - future delivery pending) for 7 days. I thought Fastway were bad. No wonder trade in Australia is dead. When you have to depend on a pathetic service such as this. Covid is not an issue, it is now just an excuse.

Parcel from other side of Sydney to their depot in under 24 hours as promised. IMPRESSIVE. Guy behind counter was helpful and pleasant.. Only reason I did not give top marks is a text I sent as requested came back item number nor found.. When item number was correct and parcel was already at depot awaiting collection. Would happily choose them if offered as a delivery option. Thanks

Worst experience ever. Couldn't get through, ended up with interparcel giving me run around. So far has been 10 days and the will try and get it on afternoon run. Arrived at depot 8 days ago. 5 star rubbish.

The lady that helped me at the Bendigo depot was extremely helpful and friendly. In just 2 days a fragile leadlight door was delivered from Bendigo to Sydney in perfect condition. You can't ask for more than that :)

Customer Service agent just hung up the phone on me as I was making a legitimate enquiry about a delayed shipment. Spoke before to other customer agents in the last few days. All provide same useless spin and not able to assist in any way. Can not confirm anything about my shipment. Will not transfer my enquiry to supervisor or case agent. They only state rehearsed lines such as "I'm sorry, I apologise, we ask for your patience". The agent just today just admitted there is a note on our file instructing customer service agents not to disclose any information to us. What kind of covert operation is this? All I want is confirmation that product will be delivered today. The agent today said that TNT can not call us back to confirm - that she is not allowed to call customers back. How is this customer service? I have called 4 times now and no one can confirm my shipment. But TNT asks for my continued patience. It was supposed to delivered last week (as your website states) but still no shipment. Our construction site has been delayed twice now... This is shameful and the worst "customer service support" I have ever experienced.

2-3 days supposedly, here we are day 5, it was in Bendigo 5km away from me today at 8am, "shipment is out for delivery". Now it's saying delivery area not accessible, what you can't access the main road with endless parking? I paid for express and my sender also sent another package to me with standard post, and it's here. Hopefully I'll be getting a refund, may as well have just posted it standard instead of wasting my money on your express service.

Twice I’ve had the pleasure of not having my parcels delivered to regional Victoria, instead having to drive 65 kilometres to the Bendigo depot to pick them up. Listening to the staff wail about how they can’t deliver them (when you paid for door to door delivery) is unbearable and completely unprofessional. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

Last 2 deliveries have not happened First one I drove nearly 3 hours to collect parcel 2nd delivery after not following agreed instructions had to wait 2 hours for it to be dropped off at local delivery which was still a town away so not that local Obviously the drivers can not follow instructions Not giving them another chance as I have better ways to spend my time

When i called to ask about a package that was meant to be delivered by a certain day i was greeted with a lazy sigh and a very rude attitude, the lady i spoke to also mumbled quite a lot and when i had to ask her to repeat a few things she raised her voice to quite an aggressive level and tone, i would never again have anything delivered by tnt by choice.
