Second time this has happened!!! Card must be already filled before ever attempting to even knock on the door. My card out the front and very much seems like Iā€™m home. I was working out in the garage (at the front on my house next to letter box) when I heard my lettuce box flap go up so I quickly got up to check and I see the van which I try to grab his attention to see him quickly drive off?! This is complete laziness!!! Why donā€™t you do anything about this you are running a business and this seems to happen to everyone!!

I am reluctant to even give this company a 1. We ordered a baby product nearby 6 weeks ago now and have been told it was thrown away? Baby arrived 4 weeks ago and we were wondering where it was considering one part of the product had been delivered to our address. They then proceeded to tell us the wrong details were put in by the company so they threw the product away. I am generally concerned with how this is likely as the other product arrived. We had no phone call, no explanation for it and when we rang to follow up , they said they would ring back and never did.

Carding parcels without attempting delivery, calling or knocking on the door is SO frustrating FedEx. Just wasted most of my afternoon driving and waiting around because of this incompetence and laziness. It may have saved the driver 30 seconds but wasted hours of my time and that of your office staff as well. Not good enough, please communicate in future and do better.

The local staff are good but the disconnect between the local depots and the FedEx customer service centre is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a package to be held for pick-up twice after being delay and they never passed on the request. I went to pick it up and it had already left on a delivery truck so I had to go find the truck and get the package on the other side of town as it was urgently needed for work on the Gold Coast.

Dealing with TNT has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. The lack of communication we have received has been the worst i've ever experienced from any company. No contact from drivers. Even worse from the depot, goodluck trying to even get onto them.

Unfortunately it has become the norm now for couriers to use the whole "covid" issue to mask sheer incompetence. Having organised a delivery for a site and then following closely, we see a re-delivery date pending due to a customer request to reschedule. When we check both the supplier and the recipient to ask if they requested this no one had heard a thing about it. Seems the courier made this up. Keep an eye out for this one everybody! Next step, get a degree in how to contact TNT and speak with someone. Good Luck! Best advice - go elsewhere for shipping.

The lady at the counter was friendly, efficient, a good communicator, and really helpful. I had a bit of a tricky delivery to a multiple-dwelling property. She was accommodating and responsive. The delivery truck made it safely to the spot without hassle even though they only had my little mud-map drawing to guide them. It saved me a headache trying to pick my pallet up from the depot myself.

What a terrible experience with TNT (Lismore depot). Object picked up from supplier in QLD on 20th April, arrived at TNT depot, Lismore on the 22nd April , itā€™s now the 2nd May and still hasnā€™t moved from depot. I have made numerous calls to TNT and have been totally stuffed around by numerous staff at the call centre, been promised call backs, doesnā€™t occur, been told matter has been escalated and would be called back within 2hrs, no call back. I call up about matter to be informed that no escalation has occurred. Was told on this occasion (Friday 29th April) that item would be delivered on Monday (2nd May) was also instructed that since item is 80kg someone would need to be at home. Took day off work on the Monday so I could assist, looked at tracking in the morning, item still showing sitting on the dock, called back that morning 8am and spoke to lady who said that they would have someone call me before delivery, no phone call, called them back at 1pm to be advised that item was never put on truck and wouldnā€™t be delivered, demanded a call back from someone that day to advise of day of delivery as Iā€™d need to take a further day off work, no call back, The only decent person I spoke to was Jordan from Sydney who escalated the matter to level 4, the highest level of escalation after numerous level 3s were ignored. I informed him that I would only be available on Tuesday between certain times, and Wednesday would be a better option, the dopes at Lismore (thatā€™s probably being kind tbh) decide to put it on the truck on the Tuesday 3rd. It finally arrived on the evening of the 3rd, the driver who was polite told me I didnā€™t need to be at home to assist as they had the equipment to unload šŸ¤ÆšŸ¤ÆšŸ¤ÆšŸ¤ÆšŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø who the hell is running this show. What a bunch of useless idiots the supervisors are at the Lismore depot. Email sent to supplier advising of TNT, and suggested they change couriers. Rant over.

No wonder Hollywood made a movie about a fedex employee getting lost on an island... This really is a case of "You had one job..." First time an online store used these guys my package sat at a "facility" for over a week until I called them. To which their response was; "How are we supposed to deliver it to you?" I literally had to say; "Leave it at the address..." Now a second online store has used them so I enquired to avoid a repeat of last time, as it was due yesterday, and I was told they are only delivering emergency medical supplies for the next 9 days and my package has not even been "collected." If a store has tnt/fedex as their delivery method I will not be buying from them.

Still waiting for my delivery which they claim they delivered 2 days ago. Not true. I was here all the time and no cards were left. Drivers too lazy to get out of truck to deliver. It's easier for them to dump it at the depot and say I wasn't here. Very unprofessional. 3 days later and still no delivery. So many stuff ups. The worst part is that we the customers have no way of contacting the depot direct and have to go through Sydney. Total lack of communication here. Today another story but still no delivery. 6 days later, more lies and I had to arrange for someone else to collect the boxes from the depot for me. I won't be dealing with this company ever again.

The staff and management here were very unhelpful and appeared to have little understanding of TNT processes. I had a heavy shipment that was sitting at the depot waiting to be delivered to my farm. These staff refused to deliver my shipment any further and even suggested I hunt around for a carrier who would do it! I immediately called my supplier in Qld, who called their TNT. All was instantly fixed to my satisfaction. To be fair, maybe it was an off day for the locals. Still, I did not appreciate being treated poorly, and definately did not appreciate the suggestion I look for a local carrier after I had already paid $780 for this service.

My experienced at the 13 Habib Dr, South Lismore NSW TNT depot on the 21st October 2021. On arriving there at approximatly 10:30 am, I was supprised to be witness to an argument between the woman on the front desk and a customer. After this dispute was over, I began to request a pickup for a parcel. I was arrogantly ordered outside by the woman on the front desk who was dictating how I am to wear a mask. Please note: I was wearing a mask. Regardless of the issue, the behaviour was totally unacceptable to a paying customer. If matters wearnt worse, when I went outside I walked in the back to try and get some help as this woman was refusing to give me my property. The Manager came out and immediatly became aggresive and ordered me off the property. My reaction was one of shock from this unpleasant, upsetting experience. All I was after was a my property, and both staff members treated me as if I had the plague. Regardless of policies and proceedures on COVID mask wearing, staff of businesses have no authorty or excuse to treat paying customers in this manner and they need to act in a professional manner at all times, not looking at everyone who walks in the door as some sort lepper.

I had really bad experience. I sent one parcel never received by receiver. I called more than 10 times they read script no helpful response. No email response. Even escalation manager gave me wrong email address for account manager. I lost my $1000 worth of parcel and haven't heard anything. And you cannot claim if you don't buy insurance. Such an unreliable courier. I will never use TNT or never recommend to anyone. Use it if you want to loss your parcel !!!!!!!!!!!

Literally every time we have a package delivered through FedX, which gets passed on to TNT, we have to wait 1 - 3 weeks past the scheduled delivery date. The delivery date on the tracking page is never accurate, the updates are not meaningful, and customer service offers zero help. Noone can offer any explanation for where our package is or why we are consistently given delivery dates which say our parcel will arrive in two days but then doesn't arrive for two weeks. You are a package delivery service! You have one job guys! What's worse is the dismissive attitude of the warehouse staff. To hear you are rebranding as FedEx express is comedic

I had downloaded overseas shipping documents as per conversation with a TNT staff member who failed to tell me that if I do not have an account I couldn't send my goods. Went to their depo and was advised the same because of possible problem with my freight at USA customs. I was returning un-opened items in one package. Australia Post looked after me. Staff were OK but were taken back a little whrn I asked for an explanation.

Customer service can't actually contact the depot other than with a messaging service which the depot does not respond to. 5 calls and 3 escalations later, of which only 1 returned my call, the package is still there.
