We expected a delivery of 4 parcels (one order) and only received parcel #4 because TNT have split the order for delivery. We desperately need one of the other parcels and cant get through to them on the phone to organise picking the remaining 3 up.

Amazing customer service. We just received a phone call from TNT Orange that the customer's phone number on the label was incorrect. The manager of TNT Orange waited patiently on the phone for 5 minutes for us (the sender) to identify the mistake (it was our mistake). Thank you!

AWFUL.....can't even speak to customer service, all automated - and not client centric AT ALL.....will never ever use or recommend, and if a seller I am buying from uses them, I simply won't buy.
