What is the point of a courier that doesn't want to deliver to your gate... every package through Yandina so far has sat at the depot and they expect you to drive for 90 mins to collect it from there... AusPost, DHL or StarTrak are the best way to go in Maleny/Conondale area as the local FedEx driver doesn't really care by the seem of it

Lived in the same place for 8 years . Get deliveries everyday but fedex tnt can not find us . Have called 6 times with instructions and received promises of today delivery but this does not happen . Can delivery people please at least try .., never have problems with other delivery companies. This is the second time this has happened and we never did get the last package .

Read the other reviews. This fedex station is a joke. I went there in person and they could not even log into their own system and give me a price. I wish the drama would have stopped there. But they made me fill out the paperwork and must then have fogotten to attach it to the packages, as it was sent WITHOUT an address. They then added the return envelope and FORGOT to give me the paperwork so I can track the retun shipment. This is a nightmare. The documents were due 10 days ago, and are still sitting "in transit". Do yourself a favour and drive to brisbane.

I wasted my day chasing a parcel because I couldnā€™t speak to a human. Sms said it was at Marchydore then website said still in transit. Finally tracked it down at Noosa civic newsagents which Yandina said we should know this because a box was ticked. Very rude staff at the Yandina depot.

USE ANY OTHER SERVICE. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Not even in the worst scenario would I recommend this company, who falsely represent the ability of FedEx. Today we purchased express shipping, printed our own label and brought it in for drop off. Twenty minutes after our leaving the physical location we were given a call requesting additional info. The number left was unreachable, there is no site number. My staff now has to revisit this location to fill out paperwork after we were told no further steps were necessary. It also makes redundant any express service we paid for as it is now delayed by 24 hours. A delay in service, no contact, additional staff hours to drive to rectify, the list is endless. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Use DHL, Auspost, StarTrack, literally any other company.

Very slack performance again, last month over 1 week to get 1 small package "TNT express" from Caloundra to Kenilworth This time around Fedex got package from China to Yandina in 1 week (thanks for the good job so far !) Then over 1 week to get from TNT Yandina to Kenilworth. Why so slow ???? We were sent multiple delivery days only to have them "delayed", no attempted delivery. TNT = Try aNother Transport company letting the Fedex team down.

Impossible to get a parcel delivered. They came once when I was out and left a card. I have gone onine as requested twice but no luck. I have called and been told it will be delivered "tomorrow" - again no joy. And of course their customer disservice dept is overloaded when you call, and you wait for ever. I wonder why. If they delivered things they might find their phone lines were more managable. Update: I rang Fedex in Sydney - Head Office. They agreed it was way too long sitting inthe depot and they sorted it immediately. I suggest to other people who have had problems with their deliveries from Yandina to do the same. Thanks to Fedex Sydney for sorting this out so promptly.

Very bad company who have no regard for customers. Get your customers service sorted out. Every other delivery company tells you by text a delivery is coming so you can leave gates open etc. but no not this mob - they do not do this and they just take it to the depot far away and then its a nightmare to have the goods brought back to you - SUPLLIERS do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
