Tracking my parcel it says to be delivered before 9am, I have to rush home coz it’s valuable, nothing came, I called the office, I was told before 5pm I did not come to work, then I received a message that they attempted to deliver at 1221 so I rushed outside at 1223 and they are gone! I’m just around my place ! So annoying that they won’t try at least to call out or something and now I have to pick up my delivery coz I don’t want to keep on waiting and I need to go to work…not happy at all!

Awful service. Had a package shipped to us from Shanghai. It only took the package 4 days to arrive in Brisbane from Shanghai. Package was left 4 Business days in Eagle Farm warehouse before could be delivered to our home which is only 15 mins drive away. Very disappointing.

Hard to get ahold of… not quick at dispatching. My parcels will sit here for 1-2 weeks with no communication. I always just end up collecting them from the depot myself. But to collect you have to call to request a collection, can’t get through on the phone most of the time anyways🙄 However when they do pick up, the staff are very understanding & helpful. Same as the staff at the collection point, very helpful.

WARNING!! FedEx Australia are passing our packages to Australia Post to deliver. This is just not right... I have someone overseas who paid over $150 to FedEx a package to me....It arrives in Australia within 3 days from the US then FedEx here in Australia accepted our urgent courier package then dumped it into Australia Post.... If we wanted the packages to go into Australia Post we would have paid for that service not a door to door courier service. When I phone up FedEx they accuse my home address of being a PO Box with nobody to sign for the package.... That's bloody amazing when I work from home!! FedEx excuse after excuse.... This service is rotten to the core!!

Worst delivery service. Every single delivery from this company they are too lazy to even knock at my door and just take it to the collection point and mark it as "Customer not home" even when you wait all day for it to be delivered. Appaling service, can't even do the 1 thing they are paid to do, deliver parcels. If i had a choice i wouldn't use Fedex ever again, especially since they're so expensive in the first place

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought an instrument, got picked up from Sydney on Monday, brought to Brisbane and I was given a delivery date of the thursday. But it didn't arrive and i gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were super busy etc. Not a drama. Friday came and went. Monday came and went. Called on the Tuesday, but they couldn't find it in their warehouse. Wednesday they couldn't find it. Thursday they finally found it, but couldn't give me a delivery date. So I decided to do the 45 min drive to do half of their job for them, since they were completely incompetent and impossible to get a hold of. Had one member of staff in Sydney be as helpful as possible and was also frustrated at how bad the Brisbane warehouse was. Don't use this company. Or you will end up like me spending $66 to end up doing half of their job for them, a week after the delivery date they gave me.

Delivery a week late and still not here. Delivery driver came yesterday, dropped a 'missed delivery' notice in the mailbox without coming to the door to knock or ring the bell (maybe because my item is heavy?) and drove off. I rescheduled delivery for today and made a complaint. Nothing today. I have rescheduled for tomorrow and if they miss it I again have to wait ages until next week to keep a lookout the entire day for them so there is no excuses. Ive called them many times to try and sort things out with no progress at all. The depot that my item keeps being dropped back at is unreachable by phone. Like come on, its express delivery for a $2500 item...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My priority shipment was scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday I asked for it to be shipped on Thursday as it was a surprise present. I call up on Thursday only to find out that they hadn’t even opened up the crate the package was in yet. I ask if they can post it Monday as Friday no one will be home. They post it Friday. What is the point of your help line. Slow services terrible customer service.

Despite the negative reviews about this place I had a large parcel ordered from Sydney which was delivered only one day late, which isn't bad in COVID times. The staff member I spoke to named Renee was polite and helpful. Updates on text were pretty accurate.
