TNT / FedEx just provided the worst experience I have ever had with a Shipping company. I got an email saying delivery failed due to me not being at my house and it needed a signature. Chose an option to pick up at another location, the next day they tried to deliver to my house again. Called up and they stated that pick up location was not available anymore, why was it an option on the website then? Chose to get it delivered to my workplace. The next day tracking then stated the package was then picked up at the Depot by someone I do not know. I am now out several hundred dollars.

Zero communication, Zero reliability & need an option to give zero rating. Never bother to call or dial the intercom. Just leave the note asking come to east arm which open only weekdays 9 to 4:30 What a joke

Appalling service. No ability to ring a local number. Instead had to call an overseas based call centre who were difficult to hear. They then informed me that the local depot will call me, whereby I then to quote an enquiry number. I then need to wait 24 hours before heading to the depot (located 30kms away!) to collect my parcel. I really just wish they left the parcel (with contents of $50 value) by the front door - which is exactly what the initial instructions were!!

Pathetic. Had very expensive tracked packages being sent from Brisbane to Darwin which after being sent via Sydney and Adelaide finally arrived in Darwin and were marked as delivered although they weren't delivered to me they were palmed off to another frieght company because they don't deliver to the town I live in. This would of course be fine but they didn't inform me or have the packages tracked from when they handballed them to the second company so I had to drive 50 K's to their depot to find my items then visit the second company to collect them. 100 K round trip that I should never have had to do because they were to lazy or to stupid to do a simple job properly. I now check if I'm buying from interstate which freight company will be used if they say TNT road express I don't go through with the sale.

Would prefer to give zero stars as that is what they deserve for completely ineffectual and inconvenient service. Will not leave a parcel even with my over the phone permission and then I have to collect from the Depot which is in East Arm and only open from 9:30 - 4 weekdays. This is during most peoples business hours and so have to take time off work to pick up a parcel they could have left in my driveway. Completely useless.

Do not recommend the service. Total waste of time talking to the call centre. Zero stars for the service. Paid extra $$ for express delivery, not only it didn't arrive on time, but the driver also thought it was ok not to contact when attempted delivery-no phone call/SMS/email despite all were available to either contact the sender or the recipient.

Total lack of customer service and communication, empathy and ability to provide a solution - not only at the Darwin depot but across TNT / FedEx. Unscanned goods from Sydney and Adelaide caused me major concern. I ended up having to go to the depot to pick up the goods and the guy before me said he was having similar issues, then a Physio after me said the sameā€¦! Not using them in future. Steve Lock

The worst delivery in Darwin. TNT/FedEx pls improve your service. The driver needs to at least beep to know the receiver that they are in front of the house. They will text you the time of delivery but then come after 5 hours?!

I waited all day for a delivery as the timeframe was between 8 - 4:30pm. Delivery did not arrive. I checked the tracking number to see if there was any further info and there was an attempted delivery notification. I check the CCTV and they drove past the front gate without stopping at the exact time they put their attempted delivery ... Really professional.

What is the purpose of a courier service when you have to go and collect the parcel yourself from East Arm during extremely restrictive business hours which means to take at minimum an afternoon off work to do so. There used to be collection points throughout town, but they are now apparently shut for some unfathomable reason. So frustrating.

Very disappointed. I got message a week ago that my parcel is out for delivery and I still havenā€™t received it. I called the company, it went to a call centre where the person told me that he will contact my local depot and get back to me in 2 hours. I did not receive any call until evening so I called again and someone else picked up the phone and the person on the phone told me I will get it next day morning. Unfortunately I didnā€™t. I am still waiting for it. The items in the parcel are time sensitive. I asked if itā€™s ok to go and pick up personally, the answer was ā€œno you cannot go.ā€ What am I supposed to do? Very frustrating.

Absolutely terrible service. My item has been in the depot for more than 10 days now, and still has not been delivered. When it arrived at the depot it was sent out for delivery. Delivery wasn't made due to "time constraints". That was 10 days ago. No attempt to deliver it has been made since, and when I rang to question when it would be delivered I was told it will be delivered when the opportunity arrises. No guarantee will be made. And worse still, they won't let me pick it up. Disgraceful. My item, not there's, is sitting in a depot and they refuse to deliver it or let me pick it up.

FEDEX TNT is a useless company! Wasting people's valuable time with no intention of delivering/redelivering the consignment!!!! You booked to an agreed date for redelivery only to wait for nothing! Called the operator and was told it will be delivered the next day, still same thing happened NO TXT NO DELIVERY and again was informed my consignment is not for delivery today and needs to be rebooked for Monday!!!! I dont know how people in this company communicates, it seems to me they are bunches of idiots who does not care of customer's wasted time!!!!!

The most terrible service ever. We updated the new delivery address, they still deliver to the old address. No matter how many times we spoke on the phone the packages still sent to the old place. And many times, We were at home for the whole day, they only left the card in mail box. Poor delivery service.
