Will never use this so called service again. This would have to be the worst experience off our online buying life. We missed the delivery by 5 minutes and then waited two weeks while the item was handballed all over Ballarat and none of their staff knew what was going on. Rather than use these amateurs again ever I will walk to Melbourne and back if I have to. It would be quicker.

My parcel has been sitting at this wendouree depot for 2 weeks now, and there stupid tracking system is hopeless it says that they attempted to deliver to my house on a specific day yet my partner was home all day and knowone came it keeps setting a new date for delivery then they never come what a pathetic company!!!!

Zero Stars!!! One of the worst (if not worst) freight forwarding companies in Australia. Ordered critical construction materials through a supplier who uses TNT, materials we supposed to be delivered within 4 - 5 days, more than two weeks late, to add insult to injury, delivery driver messages us to ask whether someone would be onsite to help offload palletised materials by hand I.e. manual handling, yet delivery contract specifically included provision to deliver/offload using tailgate loader.

I paid for a booking online 24 hours in advance, and then organised a person to be at my house for when the truck turns up for collection (because I have to be at work) The driver did not turn up and when I called TNT at 4:pm I was told a driver had not been assigned to this collection and it was now too late to collect. No one bothered to tell me there would be no collection as scheduled and that there was no driver assigned. They are happy to take the money in advance however. Whats wrong with phone call to advise the customer? Appalling service.

Do not use this service it is now pathetic. Parcel has sat in depot now for 2 weeks and and response from TNT we can not get drivers, i can not collect as they have to many items on the "deck" and con not find it, i should see next week which will then three weeks for a box to travel 110km

On the third day I called into the depot and was assured the item would be collected that afternoon but no show. Poor attitude at the depot. This is not a FedEx high standard service that lives up to their reputation.

These guys couldn't organise tea in china. They have had my parcel for over 7-days, literally at the depot 10 minutes from my house and just could not get it together to deliver it. I have found it quite comical how incompetent their service is. Lights are on but no one is home. Be warned if you use their service.

I would rate 4/5 because there could’ve been more communication, but I think you should all realise that these blokes do what they can and they get the job done. My delivery was a day late so I just rocked up and spoke to them, from there it was pretty easy and it just turns out they also have lives and a few of them were sick that day. Delivered to the wrong address, despite the correct address listed on the Consignment. Will not redeliver today, and no option for me to collect it myself from the depot, was told I now have to wait another 3 days even though it was their mistake. It is a critically needed part, hence why I used express thinking they would be able to actually deliver it on time and to the right place as listed on the paperwork, but apparently that is too much to ask. I would've thought that since it was their own mistake, a same day redelivery wouldn't have been too much. Will not be using this company again.

While the whole state of Victoria is in lock-down because of CoVid-19 and most of the population is at home I still managed to get a "Sorry we missed you" card. The drive didn't even bother to put the delivery at the front door step. Now I have to pick it up from a shop right next to the Ballarat base hospital. When I went to pick it up I was told that everyone complains about their parcels not getting delivered. So in this current climate your driver is putting people's safety at risk because they have to risk contact with others next to a hospital to get their parcels.

How hard can it be to put a parcel in a truck and deliver it to a house? This mob have given us the run around all day and most of the next day. Utterly hopeless and frustrating to deal with. Avoid if at all possible. Update 19/5/22: Have had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of their incompetence again. Shipping instructions have our correct address. Fedex text message says address is wrong, send correct one. We do. Parcel now gone missing. They couldn't be worse if they tried. Further update: They continue to say the address we've given them is wrong. Contacted them, they promised to get back to us; of course they didn't. Contacted them again; they are looking into it and say they'll get back to us. Absolutely unreliable.

Like other Reviewers, I too would give zero stars if I could. My parcel was sent Express and marked "Urgent Medical Supplies" and it took over a week to arrive. It sat at a depot 45kms from me for 4 days but when I asked if I could pick it up, this was not permitted. Australia Post may not be perfect but from my experience, they beat TNT hands down.

Would be 0 stars if Google would let me. You would be better off traveling across the country to get your package yourself. They have to have to worst service I've witnessed. No one knocked on our door and when we called up the women was incredibly rude and snappy. Avoid at all costs.

TNT Ballarat try to get a delivery organised ! for a client of mine on their account....seems after 2 failed attempts to have this pick up was told next day at 9.00am then 11.00 am still no pick up as I was told they had "other" priority pick ups first!!! Try to phone through the 13 11 50 no help whats so ever and cannot ring the depot as they do not give out this number to customers as they want you to go through the main number, like a dog chasing its tail.....simple pick up required three days later! great service eh

For seven days TNT promised delivery of an item but failed to do so even though it was at their Ballarat depot. After making several enquiries, TNT Customer Service were unable to get in contact with their own depot. Each day I was promised it would be delivered the following day but it took them a week to get around to it. No local phone number available to ring the depot yourself. No apology given . I’d give zero stars if I could.

Never deliver on time, drivers regularly “run out of time” at 3pm, have had orders on board for delivery for 3 days, depot not interested in redelivering for at least 2 business days. Used to spend thousands with TNT, think after the experience with this depot it will be the last time I use the company

Absolutely useless. If I could give them zero stars I would. Had something delivered from Melbourne, it arrived at the Ballarat depot the next day. 1 week later still nothing. Unable to find a local number to call them. Rang the main TNT number and was told by Head office that this is the worst depot in the Country! I even spoke to their neighbour and they advised they constantly get calls from irate customers trying to get on to them. Their excuse is that they had no trucks to deliver the goods...not my problem. This is not the first time we have had issues. Please never use TNT/Fedex they are absolutely disgraceful
