1 is too high. The same experience as all the comments below, a complete disregard for customers and their time. I booked 3 days in a row, waited from 9 to 5 and no one showed up to collect my parcel. No calls, no messages, no apologies. The parcel still needs to be collected. I don't recommend this company.

Absolutely appalling ā€œserviceā€ Google really needs to allow zero stars. Today is 15 July 23 I have paid $275 for my shipment to be delivered from Melbourne to Northern Tasmania. Item was shipped on 07 July 23 and arrived at the Launceston depot (Western Junction) on 11 July 23. Delivery to our business was booked for 14 July 23 before 9.00 am. As a casual employee I took that day off to ensure I was home to receive our $6800 delivery. That is income I will never recover. 14 July 23, 6.16 am delivery was scanned at the depot, 6.17 am the delivery was marked as ā€œOn request of customer, or due to customer holiday, a new delivery date and time has been plannedā€. Suffice to say no request was made by my business for a delay in delivery, so now TNT are just plain lying to cover their incompetence. 14 July 23, 9.57 am, nearly an hour past latest delivery time, I contacted the service centre, I was told my delivery was booked for 18 July 23 before 9.00 am 14 July 23, 9.59 am SMS received stating ā€œThank you for contacting FedEx/TNT. The status of your package is Delivery booked in. This was updated on 2023-07-18 at 06:59 pm. The estimate delivery date and time is 14/07/2023 at 05:00 pm.ā€ Now obviously I donā€™t own a time machine so this is yet another lie from an incompetent organisation. Asked to speak to a service agent, I was informed one would contact me within 2 hours. 14 July 23, 12.30 pm I received a call from a service centre (again not within the agreed timeframe) stating that the delivery was not in the delivery truck and all drivers had left for the day. I informed the service agent they were to deliver the item as agreed, their incompetent logistic management is their problem and not mine. Agentā€™s response was to say that they would attempt to book delivery for 17 July 23. I told them that was unacceptable and that the delivery was to be made as agreed and they had no rights to unilaterally change the agreed delivery arrangements, let alone blame me for the change. Agent told me I was welcome to collect the item from the depot myself. So now, after paying $275 for a delivery, I am ā€œwelcomeā€ to hire a truck, drive 80 km to collect my 120 kg delivery, drive 80 km to my business then unload the 120 kg, return the truck and pay for the fuel required for the trip. Thanks TNT, I appreciate the invitation, however Iā€™ll decline and let you complete the service you have been paid to provide within the agreed timeframe. Informed the agent this was unacceptable and in accordance with the direction provided from their company they had until 5 pm to make the delivery or they would face legal action. 14 July 23, 1.12 pm SMS received stating ā€œThank you for contacting FedEx/TNT. The status of your package is Delivery booked in. This was updated on 2023-07-18 at 06:59 pm. The estimate delivery date and time is 18/07/2023 at 11:59 pm.ā€ 14 July 23, 1.13 pm spoke to the service centre and was informed that the delivery was booked for 18 July 23 at 11.59 pm. I informed the operator that if they could deliver at midnight on 18 July 23 they were more than capable of delivering today. The operator didnā€™t understand and said a service agent would contact me with 2 hours. No further communication was received. 15 July 23, 12.48 pm SMS received stating ā€œThank you for contacting FedEx/TNT. The status of your package is Delivery booked in. This was updated on 2023-07-18 at 06:59 pm. The estimate delivery date and time is 18/07/2023 at 11:59 pm.ā€ So no change and my delivery is still arriving at midnight Tuesday, excellent. A quick glance at previous business reviews for TNT Western Junction reveals the exact same issues as listed above and other variations on that. It should be no surprise that the business has a rating of 1.7 stars. Matter now referred to CBOS Tasmania and Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading for further action including a letter of demand sent to TNT for restitution.

Agree, DO NOT USE! Utterly hopeless. Lost 3 parcels out of three in the last 3 months. And, they simply don't care.... we have travelled to the depot (140km round trip) to collect to be told its not there. Slovakia can get parts to Australia in 3 days, FEDEX can't get parts from mainland Australia to Tasmania without loosing them. Their staff are incompetent and really do not care. They hide behind their phones and emails. They even cut us off 3 times in one call trying to locate our package. WORST SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Any company wanting to train their staff use FEDEX as an example as how not to do it!

Package not delivered even though the authorise to leave was filled out and left taped to letter box. Delivery driver not only removed the authority, he put the previous days date 17th instead of 18th on the new delivery slip. I saw the delivery driver leaving as they left just as I was walking out the door. This was the second attempt at deliver our package, the first we coped and paid an extra $30 to have it rescheduled as it looked like we werenā€™t home. Very disappointed and will avoid using their delivery service wherever possible in the the future.

Absolutely terrible service, every review here is 100% accurate. The item can get the entire way around the world, and then gets stuck 15 minutes from my house for days and days, with no updates. Clearly, TNT/FedEx have issues with distribution in Tasmania. I have now dealt with this over 5 times in the last 2 years, and there has been no improvement at all. I would give 0 stars if I could, avoid using FedEx if shipping to Tasmania at all costs.

SHOCKING, I BOUGHT A RUG FOR A HORSE FROM RIDEAWAY AND USED MY PO BOX IT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE SHOP AND FEDEX. I THEN HAD MESSAGES FROM FED EX TO SAY THIS RUG WAS DELIVERED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN IT SAID THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. WHEN CONTACTED THEY FOBBED ME OFF ONTO TNT AND THEN THEY HAVE FOBBED ME OFF. BOTH FED EX AND RIDEAWAY ARE NOW GOING TO HAVE TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

DO NOT USE TNT!!!!! TNT/FedEx Transport Australia Complaints has just lied 3 times to me, and the complaints department just told me the reason they cannot fulfill what they have been contracted to do is the driver's truck broke down. They changed the information on the tracking site three times claiming it was because I was on holiday, they told me it would be the next day twice and it keeps changing, and now they told me if I want it I have to drive to western Junction and get it! Delivery was supposed to be Friday the 2nd. It's been sitting at the depot for 4 days! And I'm told to go and get it if I want it, and to complain to the people who sent it! Well, the people who sent it did what they were supposed to do! and you TNT have not done what you have been paid to do. What a great delivery service! Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional! Complete joke! The drivers truck broke down?!? you're a transport company! put it on another one! But the Indian Lady I was complaining to, did not take the complaint, and told me to complain to the people who sent it, and that if I wanted it I would have to drive to them and pick it up. doesn't that make your delivery service incompetent??? TNT experience ... talk about feeling like i could blow up! My supplier advised a new printer is on its way from Sydney. When i put the tracking number in from my supplier I can see exactly where the printer is and the timeline. I get a 'sorry we missed you' card from TNT with a tracking number. This is the same tracking number as sent by my supplier of printer. I go to the website listed on the card and put in my tracking number - it does not register - unknown. a phone call to their number on the card threw up even more problems. 1st girl said she didn't know how to search for the tracking number ; 2nd girl said nothing was showing up on the tracking number given (taken from the card left to advise tracking details); girl 3 couldn't find anything either and took down details to 'open up an enquiry' ...... ????? and then we lost the call

I was surprised to read the one-star reviews for FedEx and was worried I may experience the same. But this could not be further from the truth. I had a shipment booked from Hong Kong with FedEx International Connect Plus. It was picked up and sent extremely fast to Australia, then cleared Melbourne and arrived at my door in Tasmania 2 days later. The customer service support number was a centralised service but the operator was very helpful. The online tracking updates may be a bit vague in process details; but the 110cm item made it to me 5 days faster than the suggested standard delivery date. I was very impressed with the overall FedEx service and when air freight is required for fast over-seas delivery, I will defiantly look to use them again.

Also tried contacting them over the phone for 3 days to which no one ever answered. It you want bad service and not been able to contact them this is the company to use!

TNT Launceston, used to be alright, been using them for 10 years. I'm very reluctant to use Fed Ex Launceston, I don't know what has changed but after waiting for 3 days for a pick up I was advised to try another company as customer service rep could not explain why the depot were blatantly telling lies to cover their incompetence. Got a text to say delivery was coming today. Waited for delivery. If they had any issues I'd assume they would use the same text service to let me know. Delivery had not arrived late in the day so I called. "They could not find your address" I'm in a city! "I don't know why they couldn't find it because it I correct" they tell me. If I did not call, I'd have no idea it wasn't coming. Depot shuts at 4. Who shuts at 4? Terrible terrible service.

Just got a text saying "sorry we missed you" for a delivery. Went out to the letterbox and there's a card in it with the time from 5mins ago. I was right there, like 10m away in the house. No knock or anything. Tried to call them but there's no direct number, only pre-recorded stuff. Tried to find where the depot is but the website on the card only says my package is in transit so no depot. I found the depot but they don't have a direct number either. Talked to some guy somewhere else in the world and he couldn't help. This isn't the first time this has happened either!

Website states it is on delivery, trying to find correct address (it is addressed correctly), on delivery, consulted with receiver (they haven't), on delivery, trying to find correct address...they just change the story every day and continue to sit on it at the depot.

FedEx did not notify us when they arrived at our property and as the access was not obvious, left again leaving a notice to say they would try again another day....I phoned the TNT FedEx number...no answer...I attempted to contact them via the online contact...impossible to navigate and unsuccessful. Finally, after half a dozen attempts, I got through to them on the phone number they left...and was told I rang TNT and my delivery tracking number was FedEx??? What the??? 2 days later I managed to get through to FedEx..asked if I could have the local delivery depot DIRECT line number to arrange either delivery or pick up...I was told they couldn't give me the number...ok I said...get the delivery person my number...if they come to deliver again, ask them to ring me when they arrive...I was told that couldn't happen either because the delivery people use their own mobiles and don't use them to contact clients!!!! By day 4, we were getting frustrated and concerned our delivery, which was required rather urgently, would be misplaced or returned to Qld, we drove for one hour to where the depot was and fortunately....there was someone there, so we did manage to get our delivery.....no thanks to TNT FedEx ..

For 5 days straight my parcel has been sent out for delivery, held awaiting correct address, which was resolved on 3 separate occasions prior. Made several complaints to customer service... still waiting. As of current it was supposed to be delivered for the 5 day in a row, as the buisness hours state it is closed, I guess they've failed again. TNT Launceston this is beyond a joke, absolutely pathetic service, no regard for people trying to do their jobs because you cannot do them yourselves.

My package was with a (slow) learner driver two days in a row without being delivered. I went to the warehouse at Western Junction after work to look for it. The guys in the office were extremely helpful. Even it was way after their office hours, they let me in, helped track down the package, and let me collect it just in time for our daughterā€™s birthday. Big thumbs up for the office and warehouse staff!

Very disappointed with driver (Launceston). Received an email stating "attempted" delivery as no-one home so parcel taken to collection point. What a joke! Had been home ALL day as I'm currently in quarantine. Live in a cul-de-sac and did not hear any truck and also no calling card in letterbox as stated in email. Phoned business where parcel has been left and they told me that the delivery driver dropped off my parcel at certain time which just so happens to be the same time the driver "attempted" to deliver to my house. That tells me the driver couldn't be bothered to come to my house and was just lazy and dropped the parcel straight to collection point. What a major disappointment. Now have to wait until out of quarantine to collect a very expensive parcel. NOT HAPPY TNT.

Extremely disappointed with TNT Launceston depot in recent months. Not sure what has happened, they used to be awesome! As soon as freight arrived, it was on it's way out the door to the receiver. Now, consignments sit at the depot for days before it is put on board for delivery. Total disregard of the estimated delivery time and date. Not good enough for customers in the break-down industry urgently requiring parts to get vehicles and machinery working again. Very annoying knowing that the part is sitting at the depot. We shouldn't need to go and collect the consignment and there is no reduction in freight charges if you do collect it yourself. It is also so frustrating that you are unable to speak with anyone. You get the impression they don't care about you and your business at all.

They do not even deserve 1 star. Horrible experience after being put on hold for 90 minutes, no even attempt to deliver the parcel and insisting that I should go to the pick up point. When someone does call me, they only repeat 3 sentences and said there is nothing they can do. Their tracking website doesnā€™t even point me to the right collection point.
