The delivery guy is in such a rush - he doesn't even wait for somebody to come - this is twice in a row I have had a delivery from them and same thing - taken back to the depot. The depot doesn't open on Saturday so you have to try and reorganise customers to get your parcel delivered. Would not recommend. They used to have an awesome delivery driver. Such as shame that the service now is so poor.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My package was unable to be delivered yesterday, even though the business address and name was listed. Also, sites was manned for the entire day. I call this morning and ask the reason, I get a very rude person who talked over me and said I had to wait 24-48 hours for redirection. Then hung up on me. I just received an email to redeliver and this extremely rude person has not even listed the business name on the address. What a joke.

Worst service. I get a monthly delivery and EVERY month without fail, I have to log an enquiry and then i get no response but a stealth delivery. No knock, not left by the door and usually damaged. The fact that the "owner" responds to all these 1 stars saying "your feedback is valuable" but never corrects the issue is indicative of what you can expect. No service and no care.

Appalling the parcel delivered was a vinyl record in cardboard sleeve handed to me at front door by driver fully twisted and warped. Totally unusable. Delivered in a small blue car not a delivery vehicle. Very obviously heat stressed and not packed flat in transit. Well known that in Townsville a car can reach 50degrees in the sun. Seriously saddened by slow delivery and driver not noting state of warped package.

They just left a letter saying that there was nobody to receive the package, even though we were home all day. Then we had to sort it out ourselves. Good luck using this service if you dont own a car to go and pick your package . The lady on the desk was really helpful. Only good thing

My commercial parcel from China was received in Sydney on 23 November 2023. It was an urgent order for Christmas stock. The last update was that the parcel was in Sydney on 30 November. I have called the Aramex Townsville number every day this week. The number goes to an overseas call centre. I have not been able to speak to the Townsville depot or an Australian representative. I get the same runaround every time about my enquiry being referred to the Townsville depot for action but no one has contacted me apart from an auto email on Monday saying that "unfortunately" the parcel is not at the Townsville depot. No one can tell me where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. It's now too late to get these goods to our customers in time for Christmas. This was sales revenue we were relying on for Christmas. No one at Aramex cares. Appalling customer service.
