Dropped an inquiry email and they responded within the hour followed by a phone call. Veneska was very friendly and reassured me that their door to door service would meet my needs, we we’re sending a personal package to our son inter state for the start of University and we were so happy that it arrived in time. Aramaic was professional and their tracking system enabled me to keep our son informed.,

The young lady that was at the office in Maryborough was very helpful. We found that going through the online was very difficult. Also when ringing you are answered by a call Centre which you have great difficulty in relaying what you want.

I would not use this delivery service at all. They accept payment to deliver parcels but won't deliver them, and you are forced to pick them up from their depot, which takes me 1.5 hours round trip. Maybe they could use Australia Post to deliver the parcels, I know they would do an infinitely better job. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO.

tired of getting a sorry we could not deliver your package email, considering my neighbor's saw them stop outside there house sit there in the van and drive off. yet i was home this is not the first time, early this year i had another package that wasn't delivered and there reasoning was the road that i was one was dangerous. for them yeah one side of the road being blocked is dangerous what a joke.

Poor experience this time, tracking showed parcel as still interstate, no response to questions, eventually I had to pick it up from the depot. Not sure how long it had been sitting there as it was outside the corporate tracking.

Would leave no stars if I could . Delivery driver leaves my package at front door of my unit for every surrounding neighbour to see and doesn't think that maybe it's not a suitable location. Now my package has been stolen. Absolutely useless
