Can't believe Aramex get so many one star reviews! Package near enough turned up on time, and the only thing missing was the Instruction Manual for the Steamer Of course the original packaging had near enough been totally destroyed but to be fair they used an inordinate amount of tape to try and tape it back together properly, even using a big piece of cardboard to patch the remaining very large hole in the package. Fortunately no real damage to the contents even if one of the rubber mounting feet for the base come off and been stuck back in the lid of the Steamer for some reason

My parcel was delivered yesterday. It was to be left in a safe place on my front veranda. It was left in front of my letterbox on top of a 45 cm hedge. Anyone could have just walked past and picked it up. So much for safe delivery.

Absolutely hopeless. Too lazy to get out of the truck and took the package back to the depot. Second time this has happened. Has to be the worst courier service in the State. Cannot contact them to complain or arrange alternative delivery. Do not use them!

It took over a week for my parcel to get from Melbourne to Launceston, then floated around in a delivery truck for 2 days before once again, all I got was the “sorry we missed you” card. I work from home, there is no possible way to miss me. Not sure what the delivery drivers do, because they don’t deliver parcels. In future I will be checking with every company I buy from to ensure they do not use Aramex before I make purchases.

They never come to the door and just leave a calling card every single time. I even have a note on the letterbox to ring the door bell, which has a camera. They never show. I have been waiting over a week for re delivery and still no parcel. Every time I call they give a different time frame/day and deny the previous time frame given. I wish I could confirm the courier company when I purchase online to avoid this company at all costs.

Parcel took over a week from Melbourne to incorrect address in Hobart which was not Aramex error but from Hobart to Launceston it has taken 3 days plus I was told by guy are depot it was onboard for delivery which it was not and ended up going to the launceston depot to collect. Absolutely awful customer service.

This is the 2nd time they hold my parcel for 4-5 days without delivering it contacted them and they can't even track the right parcel and gave me the wrong information very poor service and here I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered not happy at all. Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered I called more than 10 times and told me it will get delivered today every single time I called but it never did, One of the guys even hung up on me while I was still talking, if you can't even delivery parcel on time the company shouldn't even exist at all very poor services, useless couriers

STILL waiting for parcel which we’re picked up on 11/3 and 14/3 respectively.. 1 parcel hasn’t even made it to the Melbourne depot (according to tracking) and 1 hasn’t made it across bass strait yet.. Called the local depot multiple times, but have got no answer.. Can’t leave a msg to call me back as “phone mailbox is full”.. Emails to the company have been replied to hours later with a generic response.. Finally found a number that got answered and got hung up on when I asked to escalate my issue to a higher department.. No real help and no goods in my hand.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

Actually worst delivery company, delivery driver wouldn't deliver to letterbox because of dogs inside the fence. Then parcel won't be ready for collection till following day as he's knocked off and taken my parcel home for the night.

Do not use, it took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a parcel from Sydney to TAS after it was posted, just sat in the Depo for days then the driver just left a slip in the mailbox saying "no one was home to accept package" that was completely wrong, the driver just couldn't be bothered driving up the driveway and knocking on the door. The slip didn't even have any information on where to collect or even a name or address on it. Their resolution was they could reschedule for delivery a week later so I had to drive into their Depo to collect. An absolute joke up a delivery company and their services is atrocious. Do not use!
