I would love to give this a good rating, but I have had about 6-7 parcels delivered so far this year, and EVERY time I have to chase up the parcel, as it has been sitting at Aramex for 3-4 weeks (it takes 3 days to come from UK via Dubai then get through customs - then sits at Aramex for weeks). They are also terrible at updating the tracking on their app. The call centre is always polite and helpful, but I shouldn't have to ring every time.

Our account manager, Lina, is great to deal with - very efficient, helpful and quick to respond over email should we have questions. Lina goes over and above if there is a query on a delivery. She is such an asset to the local Aramex team, we really appreciate all her hard work and assistance.

Have had 4 parcels through aramex amd they have all taken months to arrive and have also had to go to a pick up spot to collect them to finally get them. If you can not ensure these parcels can be delivered within a reasonable time frame maybe you should not agree to take on these deliveries, the most recent parcel was 1 my partner purchased for my son for his mother's day present, it was bought with a guarantee to arrive before mother's day and was also purchased well in advance, it was out for delivery Friday and then didn't turn up with a msg they ran out of time and it would be delivered the next day, it is now Wednesday and is still not here with no communication as to where it is. Will be checking with sellers they don't ship with aramex before purchasing from now on.

After a very confusing time in relation to an item being delivered by Aramex, I would like to thank Aramex Orange. They were prompt with their responses to my questions and took the time contact the store that initiated the delivery to identify what went wrong. They then physically searched their parcels to find ours which had been identified with an incorrect tracking number by the store. I now have another parcel 1 week late no tracking updates nothing just sits at depot. You guys need to inform your ebay senders you can’t handle delivery to rural NSW. Shocking service

Terrible service. My package was meant to be delivered 7 days ago. Aramex have had my package for 12 days. No tracking updates for 6-7 days. When I have made an inquiry, it takes two days for them to respond, if they respond.. After I contacted them by phone, they say another 3-5days, with no help or information where my package is and barely able to understand the staff member, that was a waste of time. Two days later, still waiting, still no updates...

I understand they have new owners so fresh start right? I would like to express my gratitude for the service I received from "LZ" in your Orange NSW depo. Not only was she very patience with technological difficulties of your systems she was polite and extremely conscientious about any inconvenient that it caused. She solved the problem and I was on my way in a better mood than when I originally entered the depo. It is a rare type of person that can have that impact and something you cannot train for. I will NEVER use this company again. What is the point of a transport company having a tracking service if it doesn't tell you where your parcel is? It's ridiculous. As far as I can tell my parcel hasn't moved for almost two weeks. I've tried to call the local phone number numerous times but can only speak with an overseas call centre where I'm told my parcel is "with a regional freight partner". What a joke!!

Don't be fooled.. This is just Fastway rebranded because of their terrible reputation. The couriers are as incompetent and dishonest as they always have been and there is zero support for senders and recipients after the fact. The tracking system provides little to no information and even though they service my area, there is no depot here and therefore no human to speak to if something doesn't go as planned. The answering machine from our closest depot says "if you are in one of these towns...then we cannot offer you support, do not leave a message".

Called during business hours multiple times on multiple days, no answer; left messages each time, none returned. Raised a support ticket online, no response. Parcel 5 days overdue and no update. Tracking shows as being enroute to depot so maybe it hasn't even made it to Orange from Brisbane yet, not that we'd know as they haven't contacted us. Meanwhile we have a (rightfully) irrate customer in desperate need of their part to get up and running again; a customer who will never use us again because we placed our trust in the wrong company.

This is the worst courier I've ever used and I won't use them ever again. My ute parts were meant to arrive a week ago and it's cost me a lot of work. I've had to go to the depot twice now because the office lady won't answer the phone. I just get left on hold for 15 minutes and then transfered to a message bank that she says she checks in the afternoon. They may have lost my package because they can't give me any information apart from saying it's delayed. I've heard a few different excuses for the delays none of them credible. They have shocking service and seem entirely disorganised. I'm writing this so that others don't lose money on them as well. 10/10 would not recommend

Horrible and unprofessional service. They indicated “delivered and signed” on their website while I did not receive or sign anything. After many communication, I have received a very unprofessional email stating they have returned the parcel to sender due to damage in transit without notifying me but a DELIVERED status on their website. I did not even have the proof to provide to my sender that I did not receive the package to claim a refund since it stated delivered on their website. I had to chase them for the proof of the damage package to claim the refund from sender. No Customer Service at all.

EDIT: I came back to adjust my review because it appears the crux of my issue was the running around I got through the main website & hotline, and it's categorically unfair to hold a franchisee/individual office solely responsible for that when it is the thing most out of their very control. Am I unhappy about what happened and think the initial communication as to what the actual issue was could have been better? Sure. But it was so minor in the scheme of my frustration, not actually worth complaining about. My dealings with Orange themselves were much better; they were prompt to address my concern and attentive. And, I will say, reasonable but firm in the face of the nature of my complaint, which itself was not entirely reasonable, and exacerbated by things that weren't actually their fault, but what they ended up having to deal with.
