Has never given us any reason to be unhappy with the service he provides on behalf of his courier company. Thanks Jose ( or should I say ā€œ Way Jose!šŸ˜€). I needed to have the funds that we deposited allocated to a particular portal (Receiver Pays). I emailed Bianca Richards with the details. She located our payment and arranged the allocation immediately. This allowed me to arrange the freight within minutes of Bianca's response to my emailed request. Thanks Bianca !

Collected my P.O. Box parcel and asked why they didn't deliver, the lovely workers Jacinta&Kim at the front desk explained Australia post isn't paid for another companies deliveries. Was shocking but not illogical, Amazing how many people see red and white and think this is AUPost. seems like some drivers need to be retrained, the service was phenomenal Call center maybe should be re-located to Australia though..

The parcel had been collected from the seller according to the tracking, but never delivered. It took them a month to resolve the issue telling me to contact the seller for a refund. Why should the seller pay for a refund for this businesses error??? The mind boggles...So you lose it after picking it up, and the business you picked it up from pays for it??? So if I've paid for it, the merchant has given you the product and the poor merchant then has to refund it. They are out of pocket twice. Once for having purchased it, then two for having to refund it but don't have the product to sell again. Isn't that kind of like stealing at your end? You have the product and haven't paid for it? Would this be the correct interpretation of what stealing is?

Despite being at home on the day of the delivery. NO attempt was made to ring the buzzer or call the number on the parcel. The parcel was left at ANOTHER collection point where I had to then go and pick up myself. Not even a calling card was left (though that's what they said on the tracking site) which leads me to believe that they probably didn't even come here in the first place! How hard is it to deliver a package? AMAZON needs to find a better courier! ASAP!

Went for a job interview here.. absolutely disgusting.. the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, the office was filthy. No reception. You ring the bell and some random pops their head out says 'what do you want'.. 0 customer service here. The lady that interviewed me was just as weird as the whole experience.. from awkward silence to weird conversation abd questions.. I really dodged a bullet.. I was told it was a full time job, turns out it was casual. Oh and there's no parking at all... you'd have to part streets away. The interview room they call the fish bowl, as i sat at the table there was some random 'support beam' hanging out of the roof I was told to be careful as they got me to sit right under it.. go figure! Stay away, I don't know how they are still able to operate.. I think the authorities would be very interested in doing inspections here.

EDIT: I had the unfortunate situation of a retailer using Aramex again. Its been 2 weeks, still haven't received my package. Its well past the estimated delivery date now. How does this company still operate? Please if you are a retailer, never use this courier. Terrible service. I have two packages on the way since mid-December, both packages have had no tracking updates for over a week. One is stuck in Brisbane, another in Sydney. Sounds like all of Aramex decided to go on holiday over Christmas/New Years. Also their tracking system is absolutely useless, even Australia Post has a significantly better tracking and notification system. Pray you never have to deal with this company.

Google won't let me do less than 1 star... The parcel was delivered to a completely wrong address; all the houses are very clearly marked with their numbers and the driver made no attempt to come to the correct house, as I was standing at the gate and watched him continue up the street, turn around, and drive away. Luckily I was able to walk around my street until I saw the package at someone else's address; it wasn't even a number that could be easily mistaken, like delivering to #10 as my house is #1, it's like the courier just though "close enough, it's on the same street" and moved on. Not the first time that a delivery has come through Aramex and been a problem; I cringe whenever I see Aramex in the delivery partner list for online retailers, so much so that I actively look for different sellers that use reliable couriers.

Worst Customer service i have ever come across. i was messed around for 3 weeks straight waiting for my parcel to be delivered. i called numerous amounts of times and each time they told me it would be re delivered as i lived an hour away from the depot. i called again today as i was told it was being delivered today to be told that my only option was to collect from their depot an hour away. the guy was rude on the phone i asked to speak to a manager multiple times but he would not pass me on. he ended up hanging up on me. will never be using this courier company EVER again. after pay $25 for postage i would have expected better.

They used to be good, quick delivery and reliable. But not any more. They Lost my recent parcel, not possible to contact the depot or get any help. It is stuck in transit between depots for days and the parce was time sensitive. All calls at an offshore centre so they canā€™t do anything to help **just an edit in response to your reply. I have contacted your help centre several times and been told there is nothing that can be done. I asked if I could make a complaint and they hung up on me. this response below is just to try to save their reputation. There is no help available. It's been 4 days - my time sensitive parcel is clearly lost but the help centre can't do anything than create a ticket. If I could speak to someone at the actual depot they could try to find it. It was only a 2 hour courier, it should not take 4+ days.

2021 update - Unfortunately had an online purchase use this courier company... once again, terrible experience! Parcel is late to start with and they make actually collecting it or having it redelivered a nightmare! I would give negative stars if I could and encourage everyone to steer clear of this company if possible! ORIGINAL REVIEW - 2019 Absolutely atrocious service. My tile times Iā€™ve called, emailed, done online forms all with easy delivery instructions. These are just ignored and nothing delivered in over a month! They also lie on the tracking report online with updates such as ā€œThe depot has contacted the recipient of the parcel. Once we receive further delivery instructions we will arrange to have the parcel re-delivered.ā€ BUT NO ONE HAS EVER BOTHERED CONTACTING ME! I will never use this company again and I hope I donā€™t ever buy something online that gets sent via this service again!

Interesting experience with Aramex. Guys, please donā€™t use aramex if you donā€™t want to buy insurance for your parcel. So they sent my parcel to othersā€™ house. I told them that they made mistake. Then they said the GPS looked correct, asking me to go to find the parcel myself. I went there and couldnā€™t see my parcel. Later I told them the parcel has been taken. And then they said they would try to find it as well. Two minutes later, they told me they tried but could not find the parcelā€¦ Also, because my parcel doesnā€™t have coverage, they couldnā€™t do anything. They asked me to contact the innocent sender. So yeah, both the sender and I paid for the mistake the delivery guy made. Any parcel without coverage can be treated like trash, and they can walk away like this.

First off, I am usually pretty relaxed, but I am going to be honest. I was expecting a delivery yesterday. I was home and waiting. I refreshed the tracking and was surprised to see the delivery was "attempted". I went and checked my mailbox and sure enough, there was a card there showing delivery was "attempted" and that I could collect my package at a pick up location. About thirty minutes walk away. It was funny that the card and tracking said it was unable to be delivered because no one was around to sign for it, seeing as I was home and had received a parcel from Auspost that I signed for a little earlier in the day. Anyway. I figured I had today off and the parcel connect place was open today. So I would do the hour walk to and from the pick up place for a bit of a stretch and get out in the warm weather. So I make my way there, hand my card over to the clerk and wait. Imagine my surprise when over 24 hours later, it is not at the store to collect. I confirmed with the clerk that I was at the right place displayed on the card. The card said to collect within 5 days. So the clerk and I both assumed it should be here. He searched all the locations in the store and found nothing. So not only did the delivery person fail the deliver my package to my home while I was home. They failed to deliver the package to the parcel connect collection location. The delivery person has one job. Delivery. How does this person fail twice in the same day? Reading reviews of your business, it is sounding more and more like a missed delivery card delivery service than an actual package delivery service.

Abysmal service. I call asking for information about my parcel because their website won't even give me information regarding the status of my parcel. The woman (more a robot than anything) kept repeating herself over & over to the point I've had to tell her to stop repeating herself, I'm not an idiot and have understood what she said the first time. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that she needs to put me on a brief hold, just stays silent to the point I'm questioning if the call is still active. Then takes up to 10 seconds sometimes to answer a question (with the same damn response) like they're not even paying attention to anything I said. Every time I try asking a DIFFERENT question I kept getting the same response "As I said, we only have information about your parcel but not the parcel itself". Couldn't even tell me a rough turn around time of when it will be in their possession - THEN REFERS ME TO THE SENDER. WHAT THE HELL IS THE SENDER SUPPOSED TO DO? They've done their damn job by sending it! Useless service by your staff - have a good damn look at yourselves with OVER 2000 reviews and your stars are less than 2. Pull your heads in & start doing something about it.

Absolutely terrible service. 10 days to deliver an A5 size parcel from Wollongong to Brisbane. According to their tracking webpage it took almost a week to be delivered to the Brisbane depot, then the tracking showed it was on a van to delivered for 3Ā½ days. The support service is hard to get a hold of, and then when they do contact you, are not the most helpful. Aramex make Swift and Shift Couriers look good. I implore anyone who sends parcels, especially business owners, use anyone else but Aramex if you want happy customers who receive what they have ordered.

Looking at the fact that this company has less than 2 stars it seems to be par for the course. Do not use these guys. And Aramex, as opposed to posting a cut and paste reply, try to actually fix the issues with your deliveries.

I started writing a review based on my most recent experience (I won't mention previous problems when they were Fastway), but 100s of others have already said what I wanted to say. To have an average rating of 1.6 out of 5 reflects badly on senior management. To offer platitudes thanking people for their reviews and stating they will pass on the comments to the appropriate department is buck-passing at its best. If there are senior personnel getting salaries of $125k+, they should be ashamed and hand it back. I can guarantee that just by spending 3 days doing a management and logistics audit, I could turn the place around, if they were willing to implement my recommendations. I have recommended to companies that use Aramex to consider using other companies, to avoid being associated with them.

Consistently negative experiences. I actively avoid companies that use Aramex because actually getting your parcel turns into a weeks-long uphill battle. Never an attempt to knock; they always card and leave. The redelivery form doesn't work. There is no accountability when things go wrong. You can email or message Aramex, but they can't resolve things. Phone calls to the local deliverer or depot go nowhere. It's been a week and a half to deliver something that only came from an hour away, and I suspect the parcel is lost in their depot, so it may or may not ever turn up. I've previously had good experiences with this store, but since they've switched to Aramex, no longer. I'll take my business elsewhere.
