Would never use this freight company if I could help it. They have left packages balancing on front fence 3 times now. How is that at front door or a safe place?! Obviously not even trying to leave it at the front door or anywhere else that makes sense. Left in the rain, in the wind, fallen into a garden bed. Just being lazy.

Ordered something from Sydney (120km from my house) 18 days ago, it’s been sitting in transit for 9 days now. I ordered something from Germany the same day and it arrived 5 days ago. How can something get here from Germany quicker then you can deliver a small parcel not even a 2 hour drive away. Years ago I used Aramex and had the same issues, this is a joke and won’t ever use them again as it’s obvious nothings been improved.

This is a true case of wishing you could provide negative stars. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and it's been sitting in the Sydney depot for 10 days... it's being delivered to Wollongong (80km). A bloke in a wheelchair could have delivered it by now. This is one company ill be happy to see the headline "Aramex in Administration " on the front page of a newspaper.

My engagement with Aramex, seeking potential collaboration, has been met with consistent silence and lack of professionalism. Over a month has lapsed since my initial outreach, and all subsequent follow-ups have been left unanswered. To compound my frustration, a representative from Aramex was scheduled to meet with me to discuss using their courier service. Not only did they not show up for our meeting, but I also received no communication or explanation for their absence. For a company that positions itself in the delivery and logistics industry, such unresponsiveness and lack of courtesy are both perplexing and deeply concerning. Effective and timely communication, coupled with basic professional etiquette, is paramount for any professional relationship. Aramex appears to fall significantly short in these areas. Prospective business clients should be cautious and aware of these communication and professionalism challenges when considering Aramex's offerings. My genuine intention to explore their services for my mushroom kits has been overshadowed by their poor conduct, leading me to reconsider my options. Effective and timely communication is paramount for any professional relationship, especially from a business-to-business standpoint. Unfortunately, Aramex appears to fall significantly short in this crucial area. Prospective business clients should be aware of these communication challenges when considering Aramex's offerings.

Horrible service. Waiting for a delivery is a joke. They can’t even give me a status update. Just sitting in Sydney sorting centre for a week. Was quicker coming via plane internationally then stopped once it got to centre. Apparently they are understaffed? Maybe pay them more money and you won’t have this issue. Plenty of people out there needing jobs. If you’re a business don’t use this service. As your customers will be angry. I’m one angry customer waiting on stock to support my small business and this isn’t fair.

Ordered mattresses online a month before my guests arrive and they are still not delivered. My guests are sleeping on the hard floor only because the seller chose this company for delivering the mattresses. They are not reachable, no contact details, no response to my many emails. Just an absolute disgrace. You made my guests uncomfortable, made me mad and from the reviews, you are making everyone mad with your services. If you can't handle the tasks just give up and close the business. Why bothering? Got an update email from Aramex after well over a month that the mattress is missing and I have to order it again! Ordered again and the seller chose Aramex again for delivery. Let's see what happens to the parcel again this time!

They take your parcel to the nearest depot which happens to be an hour away. So you organise redelivery on a certain day that you will be home. They dont come that day and instead come 4 days later and even though you have given permission to leave the parcel, they take it back again to the depot an hour away. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away

He always brings the parcel into my salon if I’m there which is a big help because it’s usually quite heavy. This company is an absolute joke thanks to their now Philippines call centre. Thanks Aramex for leaving my parcel for weeks on end. Then you need to make a request to pick-up after i finally tracked it down. What happen to good service. This company definitely doesn't have it . Never use them again if I'm sending or receiving parcels. I will pay extra and use Australia post or a pigeon that would be quicker.

They were OK before Aramex took FASTWAY over, I live 10km from Nowra and won’t deliver. They used to drop off at our LPO but no more, can only talk to overseas customer service and they are no help. When they did deliver to the LPO they took twice as long as Australia Post. Would not use them.
