Edit: Recent experiences with this company have been a lot better, and their online tracking service is quite good, even showing the bay where the parcel is stored in the depot. They don't even bother trying to deliver the parcel to delivery address... they just drop it at a pick up center instead. This is poorly communicated via amazon and the parcel is hard to find. I cant get through to them in a timely manner on chat or on phone. This is a company that obviously doesn't care about the delivery recipient at all.

But Iā€™m actually really happy and impressed with their work. There messaging style isnā€™t the best but if you give them a call, should be fine. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT WARNING REGARDING THIS COURIER COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. A package of mine was left unsafely without me being present to accept and sign for it.. And it was STOLEN. CCTV of the event shows other courier companies leaving calling cards or making sure they hand the parcel to the correct person, or in fact delivering it within the dedicated mail room. But not this courier company. Left an easy opportunity for a passing thief. Easiest grab and go of his life. They show no care, no compassion and not a shred of human decency for the goods they "claim" they care about delivering to its customers. Their website is an absolute distorted reality to the "actual" service offered. Please be warned. Class action lawsuit? Anyone keen to sign up with me?

I spoke with Hussain at the call centre for 55 minutes at 11am today. He assured many times that the manager will call me today. I am still awaiting the managers call. Update 12/2 - I got a faster response by complaining here than I ever had from Aramex. I have called, 5 times, and I am still told the same thing "We will escalate this as Urgent and someone will email you". My parcel still says "Hold at depot'... yet the last email I got 4 days ago says "contact the sender"... still no update.... no idea on where my parcel is, when it is coming. I was promised, yesterday (11/2/2021) that the manager "Ahmed" was going to call me before 6pm... but he didn't. Worst postal experience I've ever had. The suburb was incorrect, so they sent the parcel back to the depot and ask me to pay for redirection and I did ļ¼ˆ$5.50ļ¼‰ right away, and gave the correct suburb. Now been over a week a they're not giving any idea on where it is or when its coming. They instead told me to contact the sender... who has nothing to do this problem. there tracking sites says ā€œheld at depotā€, yet when I call they are clueless and just say they will ā€œemail the coordinator and ask for an updateā€œ... but I never get a legit reply or an answer. how bloody hard is it seriously? . whether you call or email you get no where... and I got no idea where my expensive package is. Ill avoid this company in future, not worth the risk and or the lack of care and assistance with issues. they try to blame other stuff instead of solving a simple bloody issues. ridiculous.

A great service for when you are not in a rush, do not want a timely delivery or generally don't care when your parcel gets delivered. Picked up midday Thursday, was shuffled around the warehouse for 6 days (the website kindly showed the shift from bay to bay but couldn't provide an ETA) eventually delivered the following Wednesday midday ... for a "next day service". Difficult to recommend that kind of service.

Absolutely hopeless. I ordered office Furniture, for an office no less. It arrived from Melbourne to Sydney in 2 days. But it is still sitting at the Sydney depot 3 weeks later. The depot literally 5 minutes away. The depot that won't allow pick ups. They've lodged 2 "investigations" so far and requested 2 "urgent deliveries" but nothing. Had I have known that Catch was going to use Aramex, I would have cancelled the order. I have an empty office though so that's cool I guess. Notice the generic automated response they leave for everyone. I HAVE CONTACTED YOU! 3 times actually, and each time you were unhelpful and "put an urgent delivery on" I still don't have it. There's a reason you have a 1 star review on average.

Without a doubt one of the worst companies I've personally ever dealt with. Ordered a package from the states to have them deliver it during the working week without warning or prior phone call, fair enough. Unsurprisingly i was at work and unable to be there for the delivery. Driver left a missed delivery card to which allowed me to redeliver on a day that better suited me. I went to the website and requested a redelivery on a different date. On that day, I rang the company to ensure the package would be delivered, turns out the package was not put on the truck to be delivered on that day and was not actioned on their end. I waited till the following week as an email said they'd get back to me within 2 business days. I finally received an email from them stating that the package had been return to sender as they were unable to deliver the item. I rang them again insisting that they never attempted a redelivery as I requested one a few days later. Apparently when I requested the package was already return to sender, meaning they practically made the package return to sender not even a day after the package wasn't delivered and not there was nothing they could do to rectify this. Not only did I waste my money on the time and delivery, but now need to reorder the package from the senders end and insist on not using a company that is as incompetent as Aramex. For the sake of your time and money, do not give this failing business any money, as it does not deserve it

I've had three packages delivered with Fast way and have made sure to be home each time. Absolutely no attempt has ever been made by the courier to deliver it to me (despite specific instructions), and instead they've dropped it at a newsagency a suburb away. Unfortunately I've never had the option of choosing the delivery service, but certainly would never choose Fast way if I had another choice. UPDATE: Another package delivered straight to a 'collection point' without knocking or leaving a postal slip - like they didn't get out of the van at all. UPDATE: A postcard sized parcel put straight into the letterbox. Seems like they prefer not to have to interact with people.

And will come by even when on the other side of town to get our parcel collected, it we book them late. The compamy itself can sometimes be a little slow with deliveries, but the ship cost are good and we love our pick up driver Ajith.

The delivery company that doesn't deliver. Zero stars. They seem to be able to ship my packages from the Gold Coast to Sydney overnight, but after that everything goes wrong. @Aramex blame their "partner, Fastway" who are clearly now "Aramex Sydney (formerly Fastway)". There was an acquisition and everything. So I don't know who they're trying to outsource the blame to. They can ship interstate overnight, but then the problems start. Firstly, I always fill out an "authority to leave" with instructions to "ring the buzzer and leave if unattended". I am almost always at home. Yet they never ring the buzzer. Those were the good days, when the packages actually used to show up. I could check the tracking and I would know to go outside to collect the package. However the last two packages have been taken directly to a (quite inconvenient) collection point, claiming they were unable to deliver, even though I was at home at the time and had completed the previously acceptable authority to leave. This last package spent SEVEN days at the Sydney depot before it was on-boarded for delivery. Then, for two consecutive days it was on-boarded only to receive a message saying "sorry we didn't get to you today, we'll try again tomorrow". The next day - not in the late afternoon mind you, quite early in the morning - they took it STRAIGHT to the collection point in the next suburb, even though I was at home the whole time. They're taking the piss. If I wanted to drive to Summer Hill to pick up these parcels, it would be just as easy to drive to the shop just around the corner from there in Ashfield to pick up the same products at the same price. I won't shame the supplier in this review - they'll get their own review - but I will no longer be purchasing through them because @Aramex DON'T DELIVER. I've had the issue escalated and demanded that they go back, collect the package and return it to me - still nothing. This company has a serious problem if it thinks it can continue to compete in this market with such a low Google Reviews ranking. I will never purchase from an e-commerce site that uses @Aramex ever again. Vendors who are currently partnered with them need to seriously reconsider their arrangements if they don't want to continue losing customers such as myself.

Bought a guitar which needed to be delivered from Melbourne to Sydney. After purchasing I was notified Aramex would be the courier. Reading these reviews I was quite nervous. I was worried I'd never see it or be waiting for weeks. However it arrived on the final day of the estimated delivery window. What was curious is the tracking on the morning of the delivery still showed the package between Melbourne and Sydney and then I received an email saying it was on board for delivery. So the tracking isn't great. But the guitar is now here. So that's one positive experience.

They came to bring my parcel but they didnā€™t even try to knock the door or something. Took a day off to get my package and they just left the little paper with no info at all. Iā€™m trying to get a phone number co communicate with some one. I donā€™t know where to pick up my parcel and I canā€™t find where because website is horrible, no phone number, and the chat assistant is even worse. Iā€™m sure I would never use this company again.

They picked up my item from the vendor 3 December. Every few days the delivery date got pushed out. I thought it was acceptable due to the Busy Christmas period. However after 3 weeks, i emailed asking where the item is located. Aramex emailed me back saying they are looking for the item in the warehouse. They did not get back to me after a few days so I emailed them again- they said "the warehouse people said they are looking for it and we have your query already". I emailed them again asking the status after a few more days and their final response was "check with the people where you bought the item" ????????? They picked up the item already and it's in their possession. Why would i ask them when Aramex has the item in their warehouse. The new delivery date is now 27 January. Almost two months from their pick up. Screenshot of my tracking attached. I will avoid all online sellers that use Aramex.

I ordered items in mid April, 2021. The courier contacted me via email advising me of the expected arrival time. I was constantly informed of the transportation of my package. On Friday 23 April the courier telephoned me that the package was waiting for me downstairs. I went and collected the package, the delivery was collected, the driver was very courteous, polite and helpful When I returned to my apartment, I checked my mobile and realised that the courier had called a few times, I had missed the first two calls. The delivery person was very friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you very much driver, you are a very patient and well mannered person. Thank you Aramex Sydney for the wonderful service. Out of 4 packages I was waiting on, only 1 arrived in a timely manner. 2 were meant to arrive together and instead arrived a week from each other. Now I am still waiting for a package but the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back. It's been nearly 2 weeks and has been sitting at the Sydney depot for days. Businesses use couriers to try and get the goods delivered fast but these guys are terribly slow.

Cannot deliver on time. Cannot follow delivery instructions. They promised to deliver on an agreed date twice but didn't. I had to make work arrangement 3 times to wait for them but they didn't come! UPDATE 10/2020, had to deal with them again, no customer service! Avoid them at all cost if you still want your parcel! Luckily I only lost my shipping fee.

Horrible company. I will ring Amazon not to use them. I am not sure why they do? It must be cheap for them. I am waiting for the delivery the last 3 weeks. They are lying they did it, we are sitting at home and they say there was not deliverable. I rang the customer service and they said it is still in the depo. So if it is not deliverable how it be in the depo? They should be sued for negligence. I will stop buying from Amazon. Maybe we all should do the same, so they will finally wake up to them. I have an abundance of carriers I can choose to book however I go out of my way to pick Aramex because I know how reliable, friendly and helpful Sam is. Online tracking says expected delivery today 25/11, but when I called to follow up why delivery had not arrived, they said it will arrive between 25/11 and 30/11. Worst delivery service ever. They are terrible. I don't know why sellers still use this service! I wasn't surprised by all these negative reviews. They just drop the parcel out on the street, where it is accessible by the public and hundreds of people walk by, not even inside the security gates. They also don't ring up your apartment or notify you in any way when they have done this, so you don't know it has been delivered.. and then obviously it gets lost/stolen. I have had this happen multiple times and to my surprise, every single time it was with this delivery service. I've had tons of other deliveries without any issues over the past few months, only the ones by this courier service have gotten lost! They are also not very responsive and don't help you out at all with these lost packages. If you are a seller, please don't use this courier service. It causes so much frustration and hassle for the shopper.

Do not use this company! I booked a job with Fastway (otherwise known as Aramex) couriers. I paid for a 1 business day delivery. My delivery took 7 days. This was only fast tracked by multiple calls to their off-site call centre in the Middle East. The phone staff were pleasant, however unable to help track my parcel, as they could not make outbound calls, only emails. I was not able to track my parcel even with the consignment number online. I tracked my own parcel by contacting the person at the pick up location faster than they could do it. In the end they sent out a second person to pick up the parcel after it had already been collected. I am relieved the delivery was even completed. I will never use them again. Absolutely hopeless service. NO STARS from me.

I don't have transport, I can't drive to the nearest collection stop. That was the point of getting the items I purchased delivered to my home. Do better.

Looking at other reviews I can understand their frustration. Every single delivery ever made to me by this company has either been lost or severely delayed. I still dont have an item I ordered over 3 weeks ago with no status update even after I called them and they told me it would be delivered. I have more than one delivery pending with this company and cant help to think all my deliveries will be late. People need their items. Absolutely shocking service and extremely poor delivery response. I will just add that I have exhausted the resources of reaching out to you. I tried the chat thing and it took your customer service more than a day to come back to me and then they just closed the chat. Sorry but I am not going to stare at my phone for 24 hours in hopes of a reply so that I can respond within a second. I also called you and was told it would be delivered in a few days. I also contacted you online. Dont blame lockdown because other companies deliver within a reasonable time frame and contact less.

This company has fallen down so far. Over the last few months any item I order and is shipped by Aramex is heavily delayed - without warning. This is pre any complaints of heavy delays due to Covid in the most recent weeks. A small item from QLD to SYD took 4 weeks, way past the estimated timeframe, with no updates. Randomly just showed up at my place. My most recent order was quite expensive. I paid for insurance, which I never do - and once I saw it was via Aramex I was relieved I did as my heart sunk into my gut upon realising chances are that I will never get any of my order, and if I were to - it would be heavily delayed. And as it stands its exactly that. Retailers need to understand that a courier company which currently has 1 out of 5 stars from almost 5,000 reviews is not doing their business any favours by delivering such a horrible experience to their customers. What sort of company offers so many touch points, but responds to none (or takes hours upon hours to), and leaves their phone system status as perpetually offline/busy? I will be doing all I can to avoid any retailer that uses this courier company like a plague. Please retailers - use any other courier service other than Aramex!!!

In relation to our daily driver Raju (driver no: CF245). Raju is polite, helpful, hard working and punctual. He goes out of his way to fix any problems that may arise and always has a smile on his face. Dealing with Raju is a pleasure and he is a great representative for Aramex. His customer service skills are fantastic and he will always take the time to listen to any issues that may come up and then act on them. Knowing that Raju is our regular driver is a very big reason for choosing to stay with this Aramex. He should be commended for his hard work and commitment to the company.

They attempted to deliver, I wasn't home so they took the package back to the depot..fair enough. I called and spoke to a customer service person. Asked them to please re-deliver and this time if I'm not home to please leave in the foyer. He assured me that will be taken care of. I made sure he understood that leaving in the foyer was perfectly fine.. he said yes, he noted this. Well, did this happen ? They attempted to deliver, I wasn't home, so they left me a collection card.. guess what ??? they didn't leave it at any of the agencies. They returned my package to sender instead.. ????? did I not say leave in the foyer. So after several phone calls, where a couple had actually put me on hold but hung up on me instead, I was told sorry, can't help you.. need to chase it up with the sender. I asked who the sender was... they didn't know. Huh??? absolutely useless company !!!

You are a disgrace to the industry. I have been waiting for my delivery for a month now. Ordered early December as a gift, my package is sitting in Sydney for a month! I can walk there and get it. On your website it says "Your parcel is at the 'Sydney' depot ready for delivery in the next cycle". This message was there for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!! What cycle? Are you delivering on a moon cycle or something? Waiting for the next full moon? It has been a complete disappointment and you ruined a surprise gift.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered from the depot of my city for over 3 weeks. Each time I try to ring up and find out why there is such a delay and am told that the package is still in the depot even thou the tracking website has not been updated from "Delivery due today". They take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism and can't admit they have lost my package. this is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery and would not recommend anyone to buy from a place that use Aramex as their delivery service.

The poor language skills of their call centre staff is not only frustrating, they refuse to let you speak to anybody with any more knowledge or responsibility. Aramex left a request for more information, as listed below the review. I gave them the issue number and my identity...no response after a month. Aramex has confirmed the review even more strongly.

It took 2 days just to work out who I could call to find out where my parcel was after not getting delivered. The only person I could then get on the phone was an overseas call centre. They had no idea where it was and would just repeat that they would contact me once they were able to find it. There is absolutely no way of tracking your shipment. When you look up your consignment it will give you the date/time when it was picked up and then states that is in transit........
