Received a text saying my package would arrive today ( 9/3 10.34am) it is now 9.29pm and no sign of delivery nor any sort of update on delivery process. Dropped everything to be home to accept to not have anything arrive is very much an inconvenience

I was awaiting a very large package to be delivered to me and was greeted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Thomas who assisted me in every way he could to please me as the customer. Safe to say I am very satisfied with the service today, 10/10!

Girls are great in the office and do an excellent job. However that's where the great service stops. Once again Toll have failed to supply one of our orders now 2 weeks overdue and when we call, it is passed on to the investigations team. Great idea to have an investigations team but when they don't get back to you after several calls what is the point? Toll - You are quick enough to take our hard earned money but incompetent when it comes to delivering. I wish there was negative stars as you do not deserve 1 star

Disappointed. Not as good as Australia Post when compairing Tracking and Estimated Delivery Time. Unpredictable Delivery Times. You have to just wait until they arrive and make sure you can see them. They may not knock on your door. If you are able to just wait by your front door or driveway all day long between the hours of 9am to 5pm...then use their service. Otherwise use Australia Post they are Predictable and Reliable in my experience.
