Staff at depot are always wonderful but delivery driver who left card in letterbox today stating "attempted delivery" never even came to the front door. There was no attempted delivery. They simply put card in letterbox stating they had. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

I have been waiting for a delivery for over 4 weeks. Tracking says in transit but hasn't left the Bendigo depot for over 2 weeks. Phone is constantly engaged so can't talk to anyone . Contacted Toll call centre. They are "looking into it". 10 days later and no answes Terrible company

From the tracking knew the consignment was at Bendigo depot. As it was only 2 small items and knowing large volume of parcels in system I called at depot on my way to work place. Kylie was super helpful and found the items in quick time. Was easy. Thanks for the smiles.

No "sorry we missed you card", when I rang up for the 3rd time to ask where the parcel was I was told I couldn't call the depot directly and to just pick up the parcel from the depot the next day.... Then I was asked what was in my package? What's that got to do with the delivery? Then just to add to the impeccable service they didn't give me the address or depot phone number because they can't give that information out

Unprofessional and careless with my delivery. Left it at the front of business premises open to public and visitors alike but told no-one it was there. I know covid has us dealing with a new normal, but I hope this is not it. Do better people.

Driver didn’t even attempt delivery! I have a Ring doorbell which records all rings/motions and driver never even rocked up at the door. Didn’t leave a card and stated no access, also not true. They were then asked to attempt delivery 2 days later by customer service hotline which they didn’t. I took the day off work just to accept this delivery so I am furious. Still no result as I haven’t received package, can’t contact the depot directly and the customer service team can’t get in contact to give me an answer either. Pathetic!

I am 66 years of age. I went to Toll Bendigo depot to collect 700kg of packages. They dumped the pallet in the car park and left me to it. No offer of assistance. I fell over the back of the trailer landing on my back and head. A pick up at Toll certainly took its toll on me. Very unprofessional Toll Depot Bendigo and very poor service.

my parcel didn't arrive when it said it would, called toll, they said they would deliver it the next day it never came so I called again, again the same situation i asked to just pick it up at the depot and they told me yes but they wouldn't give us the address and details
