Called Toll, asked what was going on and they took it apon themselves to move the delivery date to one that suited them. To bad no one will be home to receive the package on the date they moved it to. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

absolutely awful. They can't do anything about a wrong delivery. Multiple attempts. Failure at everytime. I did not order this item please pick it up. Continues to leave sorry we missed you and says it's because there's no label. Everytime I ask them to bloody do it they do not and they say it should be picked up but IT IS NOT. Let's see if they work tomorrow. If not then sorry original delivery address but I do not have the bloody time to drop it off. I do not want to have to waste more time calling them. I'm trying to do the 'correct' thing why in the world is it so difficult to have them pick this item up and deliver to the correct address? This has been four times in a row failure to pick up wrong package as well as redelivery I said I will not be home until next week and they kept on sending the item on delivery. I've requested return to sender. I no longer want this item. I will never recommend Toll as a sender or receiver, will avoid any business that works with Toll. Never ever again. Customer service is friendly, certainly but whoever is driving is absolutely in need of dire retraining.

I had 2 positive experiences with Toll Geelong over the last fortnight. Both times my (very expensive) shipments went back to the depot after being scanned onboard for delivery - however my house is difficult to access, and you cannot see it from the street. The call centre answered within seconds that afternoon, organised a redelivery of my first shipment - passed on access details to the driver and it arrived the following morning. The 2nd delivery I didn't even get a chance to call the call centre; the driver called me very early the following morning to work out an access plan for my parcels and was here within an hour. I couldn't be more impressed with the speed, and it needed to be mentioned :) thanks.

Pathetic, I have spoken to my area driver twice about the speed in which he comes up my driveway. We have dogs that could be out and his speed on a long gravel driveway is not acceptable. Today he has done the same thing, sprayed gravel at my wifes car and then when she went out to confront him he nearly run into her. REGO - 1HT 3FA, i tried to call TOLL and complain and was then dealing with broken english that was only interested in my consignment number and not my concerns.

Toll is probably the one company I have a personal hatred for. There is nothing scarier than ordering something online to see it is being delivered by Toll. There have been many times where I have wished the parcel had just been stolen so I could buy a new one, rather than spending three days calling call-centres, going to petrol stations, stores and warehouses just for a single blu-ray. The best-case scenario is they deliver the parcel to a service station that's right next to the store I ordered it from. One time I ordered 9 blu-ray's. 8 went through auspost and the last 1 came through Toll. The 8 blu-rays arrived in a box in about 3 days. The final blu-ray from Toll arrived a month later at the earliest, even though it was coming from a closer place than the other 8. Toll sux lol

I had a missed parcel. Went onto the toll website to book a Re-delivery and booked it in. My parcel didn’t come on the date I booked. When I called to ask what’s happen they said they could not find my redelivery request. So now Ive been given a time frame between 8am - 6pm for my delivery to be sent. That’s a whole day sitting and waiting at home for my parcel! Terrible service. I put in a formal complaint but no action has been taken or follow up call has been made.

People confuse the staff's on sight limitation with a nation wide company structure. Thanks for the service. Efficient and helpful. Saw someone trying to put an object, way to big for their hatchback, in their small car and then abuse the staff. I feel the bad reviews come from foolish people who experience delusions more than they come from people working their backside's off for 8 hours straight. Good job. Thanks for the service Toll

I have been home all day, no one knocked on the door, no one rang the doorbell, then my sister comes home and hands me a "Sorry we missed you" card from Toll that they left at my front door, and it said they came at 4, even though it was only 3:20! They had time to fill out the card but apparently not enough to place my parcel at the front door! So disappointing, i requested a redelivery and i hope it's not the same event. Absolutely appalled.

Having missed the delivery, I was expecting from the reviews a bad experience. But to my surprise, after getting passed the customer service was easy going. I took less than 24hrs for notification on my phone and collecting from the depot was excellent as the person that dealt with it was nice.

I have tried to call several times, call has dropped out when connected, online system came up with unable to upload page. All in all it has been a really poor experience. When I finally spoke with someone, they were helpful, but the effort to get this far has been frustrating. I would not use this service if I needed confidence a parcel would be safely delivered in a timely manner.

Absolutely terrible. Leave a card at my house that they’re returning it to their depot- meaning I can’t pick it up. I call them and organise for it to be delivered the next day (today) and assure them I will be home to sign. I stayed home from work and pretty much stayed at the front of my house so I would be able to sign for it and they didn’t show up. I called back and spoke to the same person who told me it is being delivered on Monday, she acted as if she had never spoken to me and was not apologetic at all that I had been given incorrect information. I just wasted a whole day waiting for something that was never arriving and was assured it would come today. Now I won’t be home on Monday to sign for it and had to change the address to get it delivered to a family member. I’m sure they’ll find a way to screw that up. To make everything better it was express delivery that was delivered two days after I ordered and it is a birthday present so now they’re doing to get their present late. I literally did everything I could to get the package and yet I didn’t. Truly a horrible service which I would give 0 stars to if I could. UPDATE: delivery never arrived Monday either. I just don’t understand how a delivery service can be so poor and incompetent. I will never use this service ever again and I’m certainly going out of my way to check that the companies I buy from don’t use toll. A terrible ordeal. I just want my package!

By far the worst 'courier' company in Australia. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these incompetent buffoons both professionally & personally and have been let down without fail every time. Their ability to shirk responsibility, lose packages and ensure that their 'tracking' system is inept ensures disappointment every single time. On one occasion, my company arranged for a parcel to be collected from interstate. After 2 weeks of patiently waiting, we rang Toll to find out what had happened to this expensive product. We were told it had been picked up (which we confirmed at our interstate store) but were then told they weren't sure where it was. Simply put, they lost the item and said 'it's not our problem'. What an utter joke. Courier Company? That's an utter lie.

They are unhelpful, couldn't care less about their pathetic service and don't seem to have the first clue about whats going on. Do yourself a favour and never deal with these people. Bought a product from a company, it was delivered the day we went on a 2 week holiday.As we weren’t home it was returned to Toll. After a couple of phone calls arranged to pick up when I returned home. Awaited message but didn’t receive one so followed up. Chelsea followed up and found where parcel was. Directed me to Nth Geelong Toll. Two workers there tracked down the parcel and I was on my way....Great Service thank you.

Lucky to get 1 star! Waited for same day pickup from residential address for 1 week. No indication if driver arrived and nobody home. Forget phoning call centre. Overseas and understand only what they read. Told pickup from 1pm to 4pm only. Would not call number to advise when closer to pickup time. No use calling local depot. Would not answer. Totally inflexible.

This would have to be the worst service I've ever encountered. To claim it's a freight service is nearly false advertising. I paid money (which they were very vigilant to collect unlike the service they claim to provide) to have an expensive item delivered which, to their credit, they did attempt. The series of events that occurred next was nothing short of traumatizing. After receiving a card with nothing but a consignment number on it I thought it best to contact the helpline. Clearly another play on words as I was greeted with an employee on the other end of this "helpline" who sounded like they had been wrongfully accused and was on death row. After being transferred to a "case investigator" who sounded like a fat middle aged goth who was being pushed to go outside during day light hours and had the enthusiasm to help me of a snail thinking about taking up fire walking. He came to the conclusion that I needed to talk to "priority" then of course hung up on me. On calling back I spoke to someone who could tell me where my package was yesterday from the point of pick up to when they attempted to deliver it but couldn't quite put her finger on where it might be now. Which is the most vital part of receiving online goods. At this point I decided to go to the depot and see if it was there. Luckily and seemingly coincidentally it was. However as I drove away I realised that what I was doing was actually what they were meant to be doing and what I had paid for, making their service redundant. Which is what I suggest you all make their service to you next online purchase.

Absolutely useless to deal with on the phone. I couldn't understand what the operator was saying and she had no idea what I was trying to communicate. I wanted to go and pickup my parcel from the depot in Geelong after getting a we missed you card. After being on the phone for 45 minutes I was told I had to wait until tomorrow.Is there no communication between truck - depot and the useless call centre???????

Got told I can't come after work to collect the delivery by a guy over the phone even though they said it would be at toll, and that I'll have to wait for SMS and next business day which is now Monday.. at least with the post office you can go and collect the same day.. Would love to be able to contact the depot direct. Would make things easier and I bet they would be easier to deal with which makes this situation annoying.

DO NOT USE TOLL COURIERS I now refuse to order to order from any companies that use these clowns. 3 deliveries in 6 months, all were missed on first attempt (that happens), but they never redelivered despite instructions submitted via website. I always give them 2-3 days before following up, because patience, when I do call 'Customer Service' the staff do not even know the address or phone number of depots. Each time I have been told by customer service that depot will contact me by sms the same day to arrange me collecting parcel, they never have. The staff at North Geelong depot are rude, in-competent, jack asses who act upset that someone turns up to collect a parcel without any notice.... notice they were supposed to supply

Disappointed in the non delivery of a package from JB Hi Fi via Toll. Card was left and there were 4 of us at home! Come on Toll, please knock louder and give us a chance to open the door. I looked at cctv and there were only 3 small knocks before the card was left and they were gone! It would also assist me hearing the knocks if you turned the truck ignition off!

Wish I could give them zero stars. The phone lines are terrible and the person you are talking to seems to be international. They couldn't process my parcel to be picked up even though I followed the protocol on the website and had to wait 2 additional business days to receive my item. Incompetent workers from delivery drivers who don't bother to deliver your parcel to customer service reps who can't answer simple questions about parcel delivery. Avoid if given the chance.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Paid extra for overnight post and 24 hours later the parcel has not even left the town it started in. This isn’t the first time either. I will go out of my way never to use Toll again. The call centre can’t contact the depot so even though I could have gone out to collect it, they couldn’t even tell me if the items were there. Useless! Now I wait over the long weekend too. Overnight post turned into 6 days.

Seriously the worst courier company out there. There is nothing worse than seeing your parcel is going to be delivered by TOLL (GEELONG) I have had item never arrive, go missing, delivered to the wrong address and ‘sorry we missed you cards’ put in letterbox while someone was home. Can never get an estimated delivery time (always somewhere between 8am-5pm) and have also waited at home all day when they said an item would be delivered only for it to never arrive that day. Go elsewhere! Not recommended at all. Only gave 1 Star, because I couldn’t give a 0.

As for the customer service over the phone, not a single question or concern could be adequately addressed. Very disappointed that something which should be simple has turned out to be such a hassle
