Most unprofessional company given multiple excuses to when and why delivery hasn't been made, after 3 weeks of me calling now told my equipment isn't even at depot, even when tracking number says it is and have been told on multiple occasions it is still waiting for my 8k of equipment. Shame on toll

Sure enough home all day, but a card left despite instructions to just leave the parcel at the front door if no-one home. (We were home though). No local phone number to call to see if the driver is still in the area so have to make a 60km round trip to pick up.

Coffs harbour office keeps lying and saying I requested to collect. Cannot contact them directly. They have never attempted delivery or contacted me. Terrible service. Why pay for deliver if it cannot be delivered.

Don't expect to receive your item without having to inquire multiple times. The call centre will get you nowhere and promise texts/emails confirming a redelivery or pickup that will never come to fruition. Expect to have to go into the industrial precinct and talk to many confused people just to be able to receive your delivery. All in all, this delivery service is one of self-service. Use up your petrol to come speak to someone and hope that in a few days they will be able to use theirs's to delivery your item.

Guaranteed Friday Delivery after leaving Sydney Wednesday afternoon didnā€™t turn up rang to explain that item was needed for critical repair of equipment to be told by overseas call centre that they would contact me Monday about time of delivery. I was willing to meet driver at base for pickup Very Sad Service indeed would not use this service ever again.

what a terrible service! Had an email today telling me my package has been delivered when it had not. They didn't even leave a sorry we missed you card. So now I have to go to their depot tomorrow to case it up. The only reason I know where it is, is I have had to go down this road many times before. So from now on when i purchase online i will ask the seller who they ship with, and if they say Toll there will be no sale! Wish i could give them no stars!

I would give NO stars!!! One month that I'm waiting for a "priority shipping" (that should arrive in 3-5 business days) and ones the package arrived the delivery man didn't even ring at the door, just left a paper saying to go and pick it up, then they send me messages saying that it been delivered to another office, but already 3 times that I go check and nothing arrived, and they dont even answer at the phone... so bad experience, and yet I dont know where can be my parcel.

Was at home all day, no one knocked on my door, literally watched the delivery driver from my window park across the street and place the pick up slip in my mail box and drive away. If he walked 20 more metres he could have delivered my parcel to my front door, which was the service that I paid for and complete the job he was hired to do. I donā€™t own a car so i canā€™t drive 15 minutes to pick up my parcel. The fact that he failed to complete a task so simple is baffling.

I was expecting a package via Toll, when I checked the status it said "Incorrect name and address" Not for a second did I believe that to be the case. Item was returned to depot. I followed up with Toll, who advised that item would be shipped next business day, I needed the item and arranged to pick up from depot. It was indeed correctly addressed and named. All this I can live with, but I take exception that Toll depot has said they delivered delivered the day I picked up. Their rating says it all 1.7 suggests that something is seriously wrong within that depot, the culture needs to change.

Paid for priority delivery of an online order to my home address that was needed urgently before weekend. Got a message to say parcel had been delivered Friday afternoon. Wasnā€™t at my address, so phoned company, couldnā€™t tell me where it was as driver could not be contacted. Advised 3 days after supposed delivery, that parcel was delivered to my ex husbands business address, even though I had no alternate delivery address in my instructions. Very stressful. Extremely poor service. If there was a 0 star rating available, Iā€™d be using it.

I would give NO stars if I could. TOLL failed to deliver three (3) times after 3 phone calls. Also, they refuse to give phone number of local depot, so its impossible to chase up item. 13 number diverts to overseas, very unsatisfactory. Do NOT ever use TOLL, they are useless.

If u can use another courier then do so. I would give no stars if i could. I am waiting for urgent delivery. Tracking said it was sitting in a van at depot yestetday. They tookhalf day off yesterday. Tried to contact today but its impossible. Phone says number disconnected. 10 out of last 11 reviews pretty rubbish and i can see why. They have forgotten abt customer service. So sad. If i was the owner/manager i would be concerned abt the reviews.
