Lady at front office very rude . I live 17 minutes from their depot and was told I live in a remote area. Would advise anyone not to use this company as they will send yours broke as you can’t get your stock for your clients

Terrible Logistics company, I always get the run around with their service. Too many layers of bureaucracy. Getting told to go to a toll collection point, then requiring a pin to collect the item. Call centre go on..... However, item is not at the collection point, It's at the depot. Then getting told I have to wait 24 hours for the request to go through and collect my item.

As stated by other people writing these reviews, service by this company was appalling. Missed a parcel delivery which required signature - totally fine, they left a "sorry we missed you card". Filled out the form, didn't hear back for days so I rang up. Apparently there was internal communication that they could not redeliver, but I hadn't been notified. So I said, fine I'll just go pick it up and submitted another request. Same thing happened. When I called again, lady informed me that the depot said OK to pick up internally, but I had not been informed of pick-up times or address. Would not recommend using this company if it was free - save the pain and go elsewhere.

One of the worst company and staff are rude. This company doesn’t have any system I think a small to small freight company have better systems.. not recommend this company

Terrible service, got a message from toll that my parcel is delivered and I didn't. When I rang Albury toll office they said it might delivered to the wrong address. Contacted serval times and no good response from them. Next day they said the parcel has been sitting in the office. Rude and unprofessional service especially the lady at the Albury office. Please don't choose them.
