If you want to get your delivery, choose someone else even if you have to pay extra. Took me months to get my delivery and even when I did I only got part 1 of 2. Supplier was nice enough to resend with Aus Post. Delievery turned up a couple days later.

Worst experience ever encountered with courier service. First parcel was lost and still cannot be located even though showing as being at Morwell depot and in and out for delivery. 2nd parcel showing at Morwell still waiting for delivery. Toll currently investigating circumstances. Disgusting!!! Several hundred $$$$ out of pocket and no one seems to care.

Toll is such a bad company. They leave a card to collect your parcel but no location. Once I figured out what was going on apparently I can only get my parcel between 1 hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon as they are not staffed outside them 2 hours. Only sign option so impossible to get during day while you work. Was over 3 days late on the day they said it would be delivered. Painful to say the least

Very disappointed of the service, organised a time to meet at depot to collect parcel was waiting over and hour till he got there and said the only reason why he came back was cause I rang the depot again he was already in his way home from his last delivery. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use toll logistics.

They are an absolute joke! Attempted delivery apparently on the 25th of September someone was home no one knocked, opted for redelivery waited 2 days to ring them and be told it was rejected but I wasn’t told they had rejected the redelivery or even why it was rejected then been given the run around since then and rang them today to be told they’ve sent multiple times for me to pick up my parcel could have collected it all week I haven’t received a single message and they have the right number I Need the parcel for a wedding I fly out to Queensland on Friday and I’m waiting for a call from toll to tell me where the depo is in Morwell so I can go and collect it it’s an expensive dress too I’m not replacing it when they’ve got it and The boys are rude and standoffish every time they’ve been to my house to deliver something and I’ve always been nice to them so I’ve no idea what they’re problem is! I’d give zero stars if I could absolute freaking joke!

I have been waiting for the delivery of a parcel for 2 weeks now . It has been returned to Melbourne and I believe it is back in Morwell. Was supposed to arrive yesterday but is still NOT HERE. I am disptressed and disappointed in the level of service.

ordered item via ebay , waited weeks for delivery only to find out toll do not deliver to post offices. contacted them and organised delivery to my home. still waiting for this delivery. was told they can only deliver to this area on a thursday and now they cant even confirm its on the truck for todays delivery. not good customer service for a big company, very lacking in the delivery and customer service departments. I would not recommend this company for deliveries even if it the last compony on the planet VERY POOR LACK OF SERVICE

I missed a delivery during the day. They left a card saying the parcel was now at "the depot" and would be returned to the sender if I didn't pick it up in 7 days. There was no address for " the depot" on the card and their brilliant website also just said that the parcel was at "the depot"....... Hmmmm so I did what anyone with half a brain would do and went to the closest Toll depot which was in Morwell. It wasn't there. So I rang their "Customer service" number. What was their response? The parcel was at "the depot".... Did they know which depot? NO. Maybe the address? NO. What a joke this company is. So the genius on the phone said I would receive a text message when I could pick the parcel up from "the depot" and it would have the address. So which depot was the parcel at? The one in Port Melbourne, 2 hours drive away.... Finally I was able to get the parcel delivered to a newsagent 10 minutes drive away. I'll never buy anything from jb hi fi online again because they use this pathetic joke of a company. And I'd suggest other companies not to use them useless they want to infuriate their customers.

Had a parcel delivered to my house and no one was home so I opted for it to be delivered to my local news agents for me to come pick it up. Been waiting a week now for a parcel to be delivered to my local news agents, rang toll 3 times and got absolutely no where. Told me it should be there the following day after everytime I've rang and suprise suprise I still don't have it. The news agents even said this always happens been an absolute joke would give 0 stars if the option were there, given the current rating is 1.5 just shows how terrible they are. Expect alot better from a big company like this. Cannot explain how frustrated I am right now.

Terrible service, told me my package has been attempted to be delivered 4 time's all of which I was home, no card was ever delivered, then the package is sent back to Melbourne forcing me to wait nearly 2 weeks for a "express" package. I will be asking the conpany to use TNT or DHL next time.

traced the parcle saying wrong name and address and then no one at home with no notice or phone contact. Doubtful whether the deliver visited my address or not. Really a nightmare post parcle with Toll.
