If I could give lower than one star I would. After missing the drop off by a few minutes, I managed a rebooking for the following day on the toll website, toll ran me and told me they can’t leave it at the door because it has to be signed, I said it be fine I’ll be home to sign for it, however Wednesday come along and no one dropped it off, so called Thursday the main office again, they explained that the toll in Mildura is a third party company, and asked if someone would be home tomorrow. Friday I decided to call the Mildura office at 12pm to see what time it would be coming today, first call I was hung up as soon as the music stopped, second call she was rude from the beginning, I asked if she could tell me what time she was dropping my parcel off? She asked “where I was located” I said Red Cliffs, she then goes “can you come in and pick it up?” I told her I can’t, she replied “we it doesn’t have to be dropped off today” i replied with that I paid for it to be one day delivery and explained I will be contacting JB HI FI

Got a awning for the car from anaconda had to wait 2 weeks after ordering to be delivered. And then when it arrived it was missing the screws latches that had to be attached! Went to anaconda and they gave me one from another awning!

I Had a 'sorry we missed you' card left at my door with only the consignment number on it. No notice as to where my package was. this was on the 11/05 i have been calling the mildura depot for 9 days to seek information as to where my package was. Spoke to MEL in the mildura depot this morning who advised me that she was in fact the forklift driver the warehouse person and the delivery driver - completley RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Considering i pay for delivery!!!

Pellet delivered and left AT FRONT DOOR OF HOUSE not at the 24x12mtr workshop with other pellets at front, now I've got to unpack pellet and cart 100mtrs up to workshop...no logic by driver at all...also today 8/11/2021 Tracking states arrived in Mildura 26/10/2021...where's it been???

Service with a smile, I got a sorry we missed you card when they tried to deliver an item. I went to pick it up from their depot and just needed to push the door open to access their office. Within a few minutes I was on my way with my package.

I had notification that the item was delivered, but it was "delivered" in "Mildura, 3500" - not at the address (or even the same suburb) which even they had on the consignment number. Disappointed because Toll has a great reputation normally.

Very slow the parcel has been at the depo since last week. You can't contact the depo itself you have to go through a 1300 number and have and then they contact the depo, it's one big stuff around. Still waiting for my package.

Friendly staff ive now gone through them on 4 separate occasions and have had bo difficulties last 2 delieveries came ealier than the delivery date on my reciept going to go through toll alot more in the future

Had a parcel delivered today. Nobody was home and parcel was just left lying at the front door. Not happy about this. I would've been happy to collect it from depot however was not given the option to do so. Add to the fact that it clearly states on tracking that item was signed for by whom i'd like to know given nobody was home except the dog. He's a clever dog but hasn't developed the skills to unlock a locked door or mastered the art of writing to my knowledge. Not good enough. Poor service.

My parcel sat in their warehouse after they claimed they couldn't scan parcels into Mildura despite the tracking saying otherwise. The end result was me having to collect the parcels after 4 days in their warehouse, the staff were pleasent eneough to talk to but completely seemingly clueless as to where my parcels were, wouldn't use Toll again.

2 parcels sat at depot for over 36hrs before delivering after tracking notification. One parcel they couldnt find saying it must be on truck after notification saying unsuccessful delivery. I was home at the time. But was unlocatable in depot.

Poor customer service. Toll Mildura used to be a quality service. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Rude delivery staff matched with even worse management. Will be seeking alternative couriers in future.
