If I could give lower than one star I would. After missing the drop off by a few minutes, I managed a rebooking for the following day on the toll website, toll ran me and told me they canât leave it at the door because it has to be signed, I said it be fine Iâll be home to sign for it, however Wednesday come along and no one dropped it off, so called Thursday the main office again, they explained that the toll in Mildura is a third party company, and asked if someone would be home tomorrow. Friday I decided to call the Mildura office at 12pm to see what time it would be coming today, first call I was hung up as soon as the music stopped, second call she was rude from the beginning, I asked if she could tell me what time she was dropping my parcel off? She asked âwhere I was locatedâ I said Red Cliffs, she then goes âcan you come in and pick it up?â I told her I canât, she replied âwe it doesnât have to be dropped off todayâ i replied with that I paid for it to be one day delivery and explained I will be contacting JB HI FI
