Awful service!!!!! Was home all day with the front door wide open waiting for a package, and the driver didn’t even attempt to knock or beep his car horn to make the delivery. He just left a card in the mailbox with zero attempt to actually deliver the package. And seeing the other reviews on here it seems as though I’m not the only one with this problem. Toll needs to find a new driver asap because he’s clearly not actually doing his job!

I have never once heard the driver knock on my door for delivery of package despite being home most often then not on day of delivery. This makes me have to drive 20min. Out of my way because they seem to not go further then the mailbox at the front of the apartment area for the card. At least pick up is fast and efficient with staff and packages are cared for. but it's still quite annoying to have to drive so far for something I ordered to my door.

Terrible service. I was home all day with my front door open waiting for the delivery, my gate squeaks so I hear everyone approach. They did not bother to come to my door and dropped a card off and took off. Still waiting for them now to find my package so I can drive 20 minutes to pick it up! I sent an email complaining and of course there's no response to that. Absolutely pitiful service - a pigeon could do better!

Awful service, driver didn't ring the bell, and left a card. Couldn't arrange a pick up on the website as mentioned on the card, since they had no record of the left card. Called customer service to find out what to do, the lady said will rearrange delivery for the next day, that didn't happen. Called again was told parcel can't be redelivered has to be picked up, asked where I should pick it up from and she says" I don't know"!!!, will SMS the details , still haven't received the SMS two days have passed. Status online says pick up location not available but I am supposed to pick it up in 7 days, I've got 4 days left , wonder if I would be able to pick up the parcel.

Don't waste your time. Customer service is based in Manila enhanced with back ground noise of chickens and crowing roosters. They will tell you your parcel which was not delivered because no one was home (lies) would be delivered to another pick-up point.....IT NEVER WAS. I had to drive to the TOLL Depot to try and find it myself. Pathetic....never use this company.

I had ordered a bed frame from Ikea. It arrived on time and I recieved an sms informing me it was ready for pickup, so I arranged for a friend to help me collect it at 4pm. When we arrived the office lady informed me that I could not collect my packages, and I needed to come back between the hours of 12 - 2pm (which is the contacted hours for collection with Ikea) but there was no information telling me that there was a restricted time to pick up. She was rude, abrupt and dismissive. When asked how else I could get it home she responded with, I have no idea. I had to organise time off work to pick up my boxes. As a polar opposite of this experience, when picking up the packages, the back dock staff were happy, polite and friendly. They found and loaded my parcels quickly.

A very quick service, however for residential customers it may be hard to receive a delivery if your not home as IPEC's office is not located well for pickups, however if you do have time they are always happy to have you pick up the item here even on the same day they have attempted delivery, just call ahead.

Straight up useless. Second time they got late to deliver my goods, and both times they were late by more than 3 days. Very disappointed. If you ever purchase an item for an online retailer and they ship via TOLL - bail immmediately. I called them up twice regarding the late deliveries, staff was nice and spoke respectfully, but their service is very slow and lethargic.

Not happy! Expected a consignment of 2 suitcases ex Melbourne to Townsville. Phoned to say we needed the delivery at the latest on the 29th. Was told there would be a flag on them. They both arrived in Brisbane on the same day, with expected delivery in Townsville on 29th. On the 29th I phoned the local office early (while they were unloading the Brisbane truck) to say we did NOT want them delivered, we would rather pick them up from the depot. This was agreed. An hour later I checked and there was only ONE suitcase (not two) and it was on the local truck, ready for delivery. The other suitcase left Brisbane a day later and will be delivered on the 30th. Too late!!! We shall be overseas for 2 months. By the way, it was not our fault these suitcases were sent at the last moment, but that's an entirely other story.
