Sellers your customers will find someone else if TOLL doesn't address this !! Multiple occasions I have had TOLL leave a card in my mailbox, for me to collect the item. No Decent effort to knock on the door. I have two dogs that never barked, and I'm home all day !! Zero care factor at the depot. Didn't even check my ID or get a signature, on a to be signed for item !!

I have numerous cctv at my property and yet the driver refuses to leave the parcel at my door and wants me to pick it up from Berkeley Vale. I live way far from Berkeley Vale, it makes the service useless.

I couldn't be more disgusted in a company. My same day delivery took 3 1/2 days to get to my home. THEN I has to call the offices to tell them I had work and would be home till a certain time. I was assured that someone would call me if they got here before I arrived. Well, no one called, they didn't come after I told them I would be there, the call centre staff can barely speak a word of English and really don't care that they assured the customer that they would call me. If I had been able to pick my delivery up I would have done so 3 days prior, instead I have to deal with an incompetent company with no customer service skills or care. DISGRACEFUL

We were home all day no one knocked and just left a slip in the box then after a long phone call got told could not collect for 24 hours from their depot. What’s the point of paying for a courier that doesn’t deliver

I cannot praise this team enough, especially the Lovely Tracey in Customer Service. After calling with concerns about not receiving my parcel in time, she not only set me up for an email alert, but she called me directly to advise my parcel was on its way. Then if that wasn't enough, the driver came to my door and he was so polite and well presented. Well done Toll Berkeley Vale!!!! Great customer service!!!!

Someone had to be home but they could only give me a 12 hour window. When they arrived I was indesposed. Rather than leaving my package sat their depot local to me they took it back to Sydney (around 160km away). They were ready enough to deal with on the phone but I really don't want to go through that again.

atrocious!!!!!! you not only delivered it to the wrong address, but contacted by the person parcel was left with, there was no proper remedy. The only thing you got right in the delivery was the house number, but you got the street wrong.Appauling.
