Waiting 9 days (weekend included) for a delivery that was supposed to be here on the 24th June. Item has been in Darwin since the 23rd June.........but still no delivery. Been calling for 3 days now, but Customer Service awaiting an investigation to tell them why it isn't delivered. Just call the depot, get me an answer and have it delivered as per the paid agreement! Poor service and poor customer response interaction.

Have been waiting 8 days for a parcel that has been in darwin. Only took 4 days to get here from Melbourne. Don't bother paying for priority as service doesn't even exist with this company
