They are a proper waste of time. They were meant to pick up a box for shipment Monday than was told a rebook for Tuesday and than again same thing for Wednesday than they tried get me to rebook for a 4th day by that point I had a gutfull of waiting and pushed for a refund. For one box to be picked up they never showed for pickup. Even after multiple calls of it being labelled as "urgent" by Toll nothing happened.

The guys here couldn't have been more helpful. Be aware that Australia Post do not accept Toll packages! This caused me all sorts of grief, but the staff here were marvellous. Very happy customer.

Avoid using this mob, they are incompetent. Expensive item sent to me and addressed correctly but somehow toll delivered it to the wrong address, and after two weeks of them unsuccessfully trying to get the package back from the wrong address they gave up. The sender was left to get a refund, which luckily they did. How do you do that, can't they read?

Not impressed, get 1 pickup a month, like clockwork except for Toll not turning up to pick up. Multiple calls and it still takes 3 weeks when these parcels are time sensitive and now My staff and I won't be paid for 2 more months, for work done a month ago, due to the lateness. Not only once but every month this year. Not Fn happy, the cost of another courier might be worth it to get paid on time. Still Waiting...

Third time unlucky! We live just out of Broken Hill and so have to collect parcels from freight companies. First experience: after being notified of a package at Toll, my wife calls in to collect. Only to be told there is nothing, even without them checking! She calls me so I ask her to go back and ask them to look. After still insisting there isn't anything they make the effort and find it. No opology. Second experience: parcel is 2 weeks overdue so I check tracking number with all the freight companies in Broken Hill. Turns out its Toll! I call in and ask if they have a parcel for me. Yes he said without hesitation!! I follow him to a small shed at the end of the main shed and there is my parcel with an inch of dust on it. He tells me he couldn't call because there was no phone number. I blew off the dust and there was my name and phone number! No apology. Third experience: Parcel is nearly 2 weeks overdue. Again I check the tracking number and find it's Toll. I now realise why I haven't been notified! So again I call in and ask about my package, and there it is again in the same shed sat there gathering dust! No opology. How hard is it to make a phone call? And how long would the packages have been left there? My advice to you guys is check out how the other freight companies in Broken Hill like TNT, Startrack and Broken Hill freight conduct themselves. If they can pick up the phone then so can you.

I shop online regularly and I have things regularly not show up when they use Toll. I was even spoken too in a condasending way for not being properly dressed when I opened the door one morning at about 7am!

Not good. Dood knocked once by the time I got out of bed (I work night shift) he was gone. Now Friday afternoon and I can't get my package til Monday I can't even pick it up myself. Very disappointed.
