I think we all should start report to Consumer Affairs Victoria to investigate their services. They are definitely not doing the right things. They keep postpone my request. TOLL are just giving negative impact to senders and item receivers.

Zero stars. Had two large parcels scheduled for delivery, which never turned up. I submitted an enquiry to be told that a delivery attempt had been attempted, but my property was inaccessible. This is a complete lie, as my street is more than accessible, as seen by the school buses that drive down it every school day, and the fact the garbage truck has no issue emptying our bins. The problem here is lazy drivers who can't be bothered to actually attend an address and do the job they're paid to do. How companies like this that clearly have a zero effort work effort stay is business is beyond me.

Toll does the absolute minimum in order to deliver a consignment. e.g. they leave a 'missed you' card one day, only option is to phone them and arrange collection from Depot, a 2h round trip!!! They then leave a missed you card for a second different consignment the very next day without trying to redeliver the first!!!!! They are not alone in very poorly servicing Country Victoria but they are the worst by far at not even bothering to redeliver. This is also Christmas period when premises are largely unmanned between Xmas and new year. Abysmal service.

zero customer service, no follow up phone call from "investigation team" no care from phone room even after ringing most days to see why it still yet to be delivered even though it was scanned into depot here in Ballarat 4/8 at 7.42am. 21 days later and still waiting for the goods! re ordered part from supplier and received within 24 hours via a different courier company. only leaving one star as not possible to leave a zero star review. TollIpec just simply DO NOT CARE! and yes i have the paperwork to prove how bad the (non)service is/was.

Seems to be a common problem with Ballarat! Scanned 2 weeks ago and still waiting! No response from enquiries email now the company i purchased through are chasing them up! Pretty poor

Parcel arrived at the Ballarat depot on the 23 Sep 21 and it's now the 15 Oct 2021. No contact from depot, they do not answer their phone, very poor service. Do not use Toll.

Email says parcel is out for delivery, nothing arrives. I manage to get through a couple of hours later and apparently driver can't leave a 'we missed you' card. Must have missed both doors, the letterbox... Hopeless.

Shocking service. Yes it December and we are all busy, but 2 weeks to deliver an overnight package - AND IT STILL ISN'T THERE! 45 Minutes on hold, given an enquiry number and then transferred to investigations. On hold for a further 10 minutes before being cut off. I do not have another hour to wait on hold for their incompetent service. Complete BS

Sorry we missed you card left. Near on impossible to track down or get hold of anybody through website or phone call. Call seemed to go to international call centre that sounded like a robot. Promised an SMS to enable me to collect parcel. Very clunky process.
