My daughter sent flowers and wine. They sat at Toll depot for two weeks. Flowers were dead of course. Dreadful service. Always rubbish. It would have been faster to drive to Melbourne and pick them up myself. Every time anyone sends anything by these people it just sits there forever. Wish there was a way to give them negative stars

Up until recently we had a good relationship with Toll Goulburn who have been delivering to us since 2012. However that has changed. According to tracking they have had a parcel for delivery to our address at Bigga since 4 November. This item was paid DOOR-DOOR. Yesterday despite my assurances they would not get bogged they REFUSED to deliver. I advised we had gone to Bigga Wednesday evening in a 2 wheel drive vehicle without any issues. Given I have been driving fully laden trucks from 1965 and I still hold a HR licence I am qualified to state their excuse for not delivering was LOAD of BS Yesterday a triple decker stock float left this property fully loaded and had NO problems, B Double stock trucks have delivered to this property in last month. Therefore if their 10 tonne truck could not travel over the same road as a Triple deck semi one has to ask why They are aware the forecast for next week means they are not likely to to be able to deliver before December.

I had a parcel delivered by Peter from Goulburn and I could not have had a better experience he was so nice and helpful. Karen in the office I spoke to this morning was great also thank you Toll in Goulburn.
