Lucky for me THIS time the receiver at the wrong address went searching to find my address and give me back my parcels. I wondered why I have not received parcels before that I've paid very good money for and not received.not good enough. Get people that can read!! And insist photos are taken of the drop and it's address

Google have the wrong location; Toll are not near Cambridge Road, they are next to the airport. Take the Airport exit from the Tasman Highway. Do not turn into the Airport. Continue towards Seven Mile Beach. About 400m past the roundabout, see Link Logistics building on left. Toll are in this building next to CSIRO. Their address is correct but Google do not have the street names. A week later - I have changed the location on Google. (Toll had told me they were trying to do this for months. It took me a minute or so!)

Waiting for package , priority freight , overnight , picked up on Monday the fourth of Jan , checked with Moonah depot on Thursday 8th , could not tell us where is was or when it would arrive , maybe tomorrow was the answer , Friday 8th still not heard , very poor unprofessional service , I thought overnight meant next day not next week

Totally hopeless - a tracking system in name only. Operators are in a foreign country and have the same access to the system as the client, meaning: no information. after 3 days my package is still at the receiving centre.

It is really terrible service. This is not their location. It is a fraud one. Phoned their services and they insist that this is the correct location in their system. Donā€™t come as it will only waste you time. Donā€™t trust their pickup time as they never shown and phoned before. Now their drop off service is no longer trustable, as you can see from the pic, it is a hotel, bar & bottle shop. Really terrible service. Do not use if you have other options.

Avoid at all costs. Called them after a "failed deliver attempt" and got a vague response about it being re sent even though she didn't ask me for tracking information. The so called failed attempt was caught on camera where the courier didn't even knock on the door or ring the bell. Plus I was home at the time.

This location is closed, But it's the one they give you to collect your item from. After you spend 5-10 minutes filling out their online form to collect your package, because they don't put the depot location on the " sorry we couldn't be bothered trying to deliver your package " slips. Don't bother calling them up, they still won't tell you where you package is

Absolute rubbish service. Requested a first drop in the morning between 08:00-10:00 didnā€™t get delivered I waited until past 18:00hrs. Spoke to them several times in the local office during the day and was promised several different times. One employee even said the driver is 20 minutes away. They didnā€™t even have the decency to say they canā€™t deliver today. Do your very best not to use Toll if you want something delivered within a timely manner! They have absolutely no customer care skills and provide the worst service.

Put on hold for ages each time, transferred to what sounded like an overseas call centre and our conversation was totally ignored by the depot even though you get a useless ā€˜reference numberā€™. Terribly ran, Had a package go into the infamous "out for delivery" for over a week which was already half a week past ETA in the end I had to go get it myself only to have the staff look at me like I was from space, Argue with me that it had been delivered and after what felt like an eternity finally find the package only to get home and find the contents damaged.

It's frustrating having couriers not attempt to deliver your goods especially when you are home, begs the question what's the point of the driver if we all have to do a run around and pick up from the depot? The Cambridge office is close/doesn't exist, there new office/warehouse is out at the airport, isntead of turning left to go to the actual drop off area you keep driving and it's around the corner. You just have to wait and they will send you a text to tell you to come and pick up your goods, frustrating but try and be patient.

Call centre is impossible to deal with. Booked a re-delivery and gave them 4 days grace to have it organised, took the day off to be home to sign for it and it didn't turn up. Contact call centre, got transferred a couple of times only to be told it was never loaded for delivery and is still at the Hobart depot. This makes the delivery just under 5 WEEKS late. There is zero accountability or care for the customer and the overseas call centre staff have no ability or power to address the problems. They are just a conduit for complaints. Incredibly poor service for a 'Priority' service. Why pay more for fast delivery when it takes longer than the standard service? This is essentially non-conformance with a contract for services and under any other contractual engagement, would attract penalties. Disgraceful.

First time used toll sent 5 boxes to Melbourne (same place). It was not collected from home I had to drop at their depot. They delivered 3 boxes after 10 business I had to ring them for 2 more boxes then they delivered one box and I have to ring them for remaining box. It has been more than one month now. Toll has had my parcel since mid November and I have called multiple times to reschedule delivery. Each time they have not bothered to arrive. Organised to pay a courier to collect but no, I need to give toll 24 hours notice (only had it 8 weeks), the courier needs to have photo ID , ( a huge truck with the couriers name all over it and the person in the company uniform will not suffice). I also need to provide the courier with a shipment number and a confirmation that Iā€™m allowing my parcel to be collected. What the actual.!! The address is not incorrect as suggested I believe toll has simply not come to my house. Highly unlikely that someone is going to go to toll ask for a parcel addressed to me just for the sake of it. As of now I have no idea how Iā€™m going to collect my parcel, that WAS a Xmas present. Iā€™m so frustrated!
