Disgusting company tried to organise delivery in a middle of a heatwave they keep delaying delivery saying it will be tomorrow it's a heatwave first I was told my order doesn't exist and cst service don't know what a tracking or shipping number is then they tell you your wrong and doing the wrong thing

Very large and expensive package was dispatched a lot earlier than expected and had to be redirected. I rang to request redirection to a new address a few km's down the road. Was told that it was not a problem. Well, turns out it was a problem, package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called to complain they said they would get back to me and never did. Hopeless.

Zero star rating from me. Sent me 3 wheels, sent 4th wheel to Perth on other side of country, no excuse each had a connote, no call, i phoned 1300xxx and was answered by woman in pakistan, so went to depot, they had no idea where 4th item is or when ill get it. Been over 3 weeks now and no sign of my ireplacable 4th rim, the set is useless now, im thousands out of pocket! TOLL IPEC is a disgrace to the transport industry and should just close up now. I'm furious!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They've lost 4WD sidesteps...not exactly the smallest package! Called twice, it's now been 72 hours and I still haven't received a reaponse. Not very professional at all! I definitely would not rely on this freight company for my small business if I was aiming for 100% customer satisfaction!

If you can avoid getting a delivery from them do it. Their dispatch will keep you waiting, not even a call to let you know its in, so you can pick it up from the depot.

This is the second time I've got to deal with them... not happy chappy. This time my parcel has been in their depot for 3 weeks, says that it's been dispatched 2 weeks ago. I send an email without any answer. Had to reorganize a delivery day. Try to call, first time 25min before someone picked up to be barely understandable on the phone and then hang up on me. Try again, after 20 min someone answer the phone to tell me, "I can see you already try to call", look in the computer and then tell me " I can see it's been scan into the depot but not for delivery"... I'm trying my 3rd call on 10min +... by now I don't know if I will have my parcel one day...

I paid over $80 for overnight delivery on July 13th, was meant to arrive July 15th, itā€™s now July 24th and it STILL hasnā€™t arrived. This company is the poorest delivery service going, I will never purchase anything online that uses TOLL as the postage service. Customer service are absolutely useless, they donā€™t even have direct contact with deliverers. With the amount of negative reviews Iā€™m surprised these guys are still up and running. Pathetic effort

Do not trust this service- I had ordered a TV off catch over a month ago- the first TV was delivered by TOLL and it was smashed to pieces- returned it and ordered a new one- the new tv was delivered broken too by Toll AGAIN. We organized to get it picked up for return. that was a week ago today and now the tv is "missing" in Melbourne.

Worst service ever. Altered delivery date thru Mytoll as I was away when scheduled. Waited home all day on the arranged date only to find that it had not been loaded on the truck. I asked to mark it for pickup the next day as I had to go out but instead I received an email this morning saying it is being delivered today
