Garry is a very nice manager at the bunbury depot and helped me with a matter outside of delivery services. Id say you could take any complaint to him and he would rectify it as best to his ability . Deliverys have also been on time in the past . Through toll in general who deliveried my visasl and lassport that came back from sydney . Thanks Garry and toll

Ordered a king size bed through Catch, the seller used Toll Ipec. Used the tracking number on Toll's website, selected the option to receive email notifications for any updates or changes. Received 1 email at the beginning of this service and none thereafter. (Fail #1) Emailed Toll asking if I can select a specific delivery date and time as this item is large and I need to organise for someone to be home to receive it. Never received an acknowledgement or reply (Fail #2) Called the next day, spoke to a gentlemen and requested for a Wed 20/2 delivery in the morning. Was told that they can arrange for a specific day but they cannot confirm or accommodate any specific timeframe. Their delivery window is 9am to 5pm (Fail #3) I asked if the driver could give me a call before heading my way, was told that drivers are not allowed to have mobile phones (Fail #4) I asked for a Wed 20/2 delivery, he said that would be no problem. Wed 20/2 I arranged for my wife to wait for the whole day, at 4pm I checked tracking online and discovered that they had attempted delivery on 19/2 and could not find the place, and a note for recipient to be contacted. Driver did not contact me (Fail #5) Toll Ipec did not notify me (Fail #6) They were supposed to deliver Wed 20/2 not 19/2 (Fail #7) Also I could see that 3 packages were picked up, but somehow they were freighted separately (Fail #8), and two arrived at the Perth depot, and one was last reported in Melbourne on 13/2. They attempted to deliver 2 packages on 19/2 meaning I would have had to arrange for and waste another day to receive the last package (Fail #9) I called their customer service, spoke to a polite and helpful lady and explained the situation. They could see that I sent an email but no record of it having being replied. However they could see no notes from the gentlemen I first spoke to who was supposed to organise Wed delivery (Fail #10). I explained that the next time my wife could stay home the whole day would be next Wed 27/2 and for them to arrange for that day, ensuring all 3 packages were delivered together. She could not tell me what happened to the 3rd missing package, and said that the freight investigator will be in contact with me to handle the case. In regards to the driver not able to find my house, she explained that my address was 163b, however google maps only had 163. I explained that was where my house was, 163a is a vacent lot so 163b is the only house there. (Fail #11) I provided a description of my house. After the phone call, I sent them another email, with a photo of my house and requesting delivery for Wed 27/2. Next day Thur 21/2, I receive a phone call from a Toll driver saying he is outside my house with 2 packages. (Fail #12) I explained the history of my requests and told him he is not to blame, must be some miscommunication from Toll. I called Toll again spoke to another lady and asked them what was going on. She told me that the missing package was involved in a train derailment. They could not confirm where it is, whether or not it was damaged, or when it will be in Perth. (Fail #13) I requested that they confirm the status of the 3rd package before contacting me to arrange for a delivery date. She could not see any record of the 2nd email I wrote the day before (Fail #14) The only note she saw on the system from my 2nd call was the description of my house, nothing about delivering next wed (Fail #15) I received a call on the same afternoon from another lady, Amanda, confirming that I had requested re delivery on Fri 22/2 (Fail #16) I told her I did not and explained the situation. She said I had already requested 2 deliveries which failed, and I told her I didn't. She said we were going around in circles and brushed me off (Fail #17) I reiterated that I need all 3 packages delivered together and for the status of the missing package to be confirmed before contacting me to rearrange another delivery. The saga continues....to be updated (how many more fails can they get? They certainly can't get any less stars from this review!)
