Zero stars given - to organise redelivery is impossible. Depot states that they will the item take to an agent (BP) and never do. Currently, a Day 8 delivery maybe. I have lodged a complaint. Still waiting for the 24hrs response.

Asked for my package to be put in a certain place as I was not going to be home...they didn't bother doing it..instead left a card..rang the toll depo in gracemere they said I could pick it up from there the next day..drove all the way out to gracemere to get it and it wasn't even there...it was dropped at a different depo in rocky..not even a toll depo...some other company..had to go away for work the next day so they said my package will be out at gracemere by the time I got back...the girls in the office were really nice and had my package there for me...truck drivers need to take more notice of their con notes so people who pay for their services don't get stuffed around and have to end up picking up their packages themselves..

Package has been sitting in thier depot for 10 days, i have called multiple times and been told it will be investigated, I get no follow up information, I have to do the chasing. When I contacted the sender they contacted toll and got completely different information about why the package was late. I find toll to be dishonest, unreliable and very unprofessional.

Absolutely zero comprehension of customer service across all depots. Consistently being met with the I can't be bothered attitude, and then I have to drive 30 kms out of my way to collect my parcel when I have been at home when the delivery was 'so called' being made. I would NEVER recommend this company.
