3 Packages delivered this week, the two from other couriers were ontime and well communicated, the one with Toll has been bouncing around with endless errors and seems to be unable to be delivered for a new reason every day. The "customer service" line is the only contact method. It's only purpose from what I can tell is to try make people feel like somethings been done about their problem but in reality they just send messages to the depot teams and an "Investigator" who will never contact you back. This system is effective at stopping the Toll team from ever having to hear about their incompetency from a client though i'll give them that. I know sometimes you don't get to chose a delivery partner, but if you can - Avoid Toll at all costs...
