3 Packages delivered this week, the two from other couriers were ontime and well communicated, the one with Toll has been bouncing around with endless errors and seems to be unable to be delivered for a new reason every day. The "customer service" line is the only contact method. It's only purpose from what I can tell is to try make people feel like somethings been done about their problem but in reality they just send messages to the depot teams and an "Investigator" who will never contact you back. This system is effective at stopping the Toll team from ever having to hear about their incompetency from a client though i'll give them that. I know sometimes you don't get to chose a delivery partner, but if you can - Avoid Toll at all costs...

Seriously how is this even a legitimate business? Pay for shipping, stay home on the day itā€™s meant to be delivered. no one turns up, says delivery was attempted, check cctv footage and no one came. Have to go to this depot to collect it even though I requested it be delivered to the airport depot. Open weekdays only 11am-5pm?? Toll youā€™re a joke.

Bad communication. Online submission form to redirect the parcel doesn't work. I had to call the customer care to make the arrangements.

Painful automated voice call system eventually puts me through to overseas call centre who tell you whatever they can think of just to get you off the phone and make you wait for the package they should have delivered yesterday. then get updated to wait again for the team to call to book in the delivery with me despite me trying to call them to get the delivery sooner, still waiting...

Wish I could give negative stars. This company is an absolute joke. 0 care or accountability, everyone telling me on the phone they have been sending me emails and they will give me a call back asap yet I never got anything or heard anything from them. I have a very important parcel coming I paid a lot of money for express priority shipping and it's taking over a week to get from Sydney to Brisbane. No one can seem to give me a straight answer or help me. Not happy at all. Horrible experience

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call centre has no more details than the tracking app. I raised an enquiry eight business days ago, & have spent hours on the phone with them. They advised an investigator would call back. This has not occurred over three times. They still can not advise where my parcel is or when it will arrive! Please check which company will deliver your item before purchase, & stay clear of this one!

TOLL driver literally took boxes that had already been delivered to our storage warehouse in MIlton Qld by another freight company. Caught on CCTV the driver was that stupid he was seen to have scanned labels from another freight company, labels that clearly had the delivery address (IE they had been delivered to us) showing they had been delivered. Thank goodness we have CCTV footage of him and his van, however knowing how bad TOLL customer service is, im sure we will need to get the police involved to contact and retrieve

Very bad experience with Toll. We have someone at home all day for the delivery. They did not ring and just left a card in my mail box. For depot collection, I have to book by phone as their system could not find my consignment. I also have to wait for their sms for 24-48 business hours before I can collect my consignment. The customer service lady is not patient and feel unhappy to talk to me either. In future, I will not buy form the sellers who are using Toll.

Should have had a parcel delivered from officeworks on Wednesday. Home all day and nothing. Check the tracking and it didnā€™t even make it on the truck. Thursday. Same story. Friday they say itā€™s been delivered but I was home all day and nothing. Called and spoke to someone who said it was delivered but they donā€™t know where they delivered it to. Not to me, thatā€™s for sure! Now I have to wait until next week to see if they can even find my parcel. What a joke.

Terrible service. AVOID using them. They lost our 48x48x90 cm carton on a skid at their warehouse. Their investigation team are NOT contactable by their customer support at all - only emails. 6 internal emails and no response. Accents definitely never Australian??? That all said, every time I have had to go to their depot to collect because of their poor customer service structure, the staff actually on Aussie soil were friendly and helpful. Toll - Bring the call centre back to Australia like so many other corporates have.

Your driver has delivered to the wrong address and left our appliance there out in the open for anyone to grab. The driver today has again delivered 2x fridges again to the wrong address - NO SIGNATURE / JUST LEFT OUTSIDE IN A COMMON STAIRWELL Extremely unhappy with services. Lucky they weren't stolen - really wasting our time here. Please improve or just close down your business

I was not a specific customer for toll ipec but I was frantically searching for a parcel carried by toll. The warehouse I arrived at did not have customer service unfortunately but I spoke to a male through a speaker, and although I wasn't a customer for toll ipec, this man was extremely polite and super helpful. If this is the type of service you receive when dealing with toll ipec 100% recommend.

Purchased an item from southern state on sunday. Payed for delivery of item to my home in hervey bay. Recieved emails over last 3 days notifying where my package was. Brisbane yesterday. Maryborough this morn. Arrived at my house today at 1pm. Package was 29kg and i expected it would have been roughed up a bit in transit but was not a mark on it. Obviously was well handled. Great service from all involved. Thank you.

This company should be shut down. Iā€™ve been waiting over two weeks now for them to take the parcel 3km back to the sender as I refused to use there company anymore considering all the reviews Iā€™ve seen of damaged and shattered products. Not only have I been waiting on the sender to send my $1300 dollar piano for three months now. Toll decided to ā€œlet me knowā€ the SIXTH time I contacted customer assistance that it was going to be a 5-6 week waiting before they even send the parcel to my destination. Appalling service. Iā€™m Actually completely furious, today Iā€™m going to make alternative arrangements to get my parcel sent back to the sender, apparently it takes two weeks to send something 3km. Iā€™m going to attempt to book an Uber driver to come pick the parcel up and drop it off at the senders facility. Absolutely disgusted in the lack of service. Very, very disappointed and DO NOT recommend this service to anyone. Iā€™ll Refuse to use toll EVER AGAIN.

TOLL are absolutely useless!!!! My parcels have apparently been sitting at the Larapinta Depot since the 22nd March. Both myself and the supplier have been in contact with TOLL. None can tell ke if they ate definitely there. Was told they were being sent to the Gatehouse. Well they aren't there. Was also told someone would call me, glad I didn't hold my breath waiting for that call.

I wish I could give zero stars. I worked for a company that used Toll and have a million bad experiences that I could write about, but I will write only two. The first one will always stay with me. My company was trying to deliver something for the funeral of a small child. The mother had called multiple times to check the item would be delivered in time for the funeral, and I had checked with Toll multiple times that it was on track. Day of the funeral the driver just refused to deliver. Said they had run out of time and the grieving mother could come collect the items on Monday as it was now the weekend. That's how little they care. Since working at that job (where I experienced a fail rate with Toll of roughly 80% of deliveries) I have become unexpectedly disabled. I now rely on this being shipped to me as it is nearly impossible for me to get to a collection point and my carer can only get there once a week. Toll still doesn't even attempt to deliver, instead sending me "Sorry we missed you" notices WHEN I CAN'T LEAVE MY HOUSE BECAUSE I AM DISABLED. I am at the house all the time, no other delivery drivers have trouble getting through. I called their helpline, and was told I needed to contact the company I had bought it from for them to authorise a redelivery. Which is ridiculous, and also NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. So the long and the short of it is: I have been dealing with Toll for over 8 years and in all that time I have never had a single positive experience with them. If you want anything delivered, go with ANYONE BUT TOLL.

Has to be the worst every experience I have had while picking up my parcel security at depot made me feel like a criminal and was very intimidating old lady. Had to spend over 3 hours on the phone over 8 days and then wait a further 30 inside the depot to collect after being told they can't find it and to go home and come back another day šŸ™ƒ šŸ˜‘
