Completely incompetent and don’t care a bit. Paid for 3 parcels to be delivered, a week later one is still missing, they advise over the phone they ‘Hope’ to get an investigator onto finding it soon. Will never use again and would recommend against anyone using if they want to receive all their items.

Was told to come and pick it up from the depot. Then when I got there after driving 30 km I was told it was not there so then I had to chase the truck around Darwin to get it off the driver. Not the first time either.

Shocking service. Can't speak to anyone there, even there call centre can only sent online enquiries. They lost two giant boxes somewhere in Darwin. Nobody cares. Wasted multiple days waiting between 8 and 6 just for delivery to never come

I rang toll to find lost delivery. They told.me it was getting investigated. They asked me weather l wanted to pick it up or delivered. I told toll l will l would be able to pick it up. I had sorry l missed you card. I rang them and they are telling me that it may take 24 to 48 hours for me to be able to pick the item up. Frustrated and let down by toll. Service providers think long and hard if before you get Toll to deliverer your goods they are making you look bad..

Missed a delivery and took almost 2 weeks to get it redelivered. Very poor service! Driver was also rude to me when I asked if he could take back 4 pallets that I had from a previous delivery. Would not recommend

Disgraceful service. Toll left a 'Sorry' noticed on our door a week back and we began to follow up on our parcel. They had provided us with dates on when they'd be able to deliver it to us again. Unfortunately, they were unable to deliver because the parcel was missing. I don't understand? It goes from the depot, to my house, back to the depot. How has it gone missing? If you're considering Toll for delivery, please keep this in mind. I have been waiting for almost a week... and now it's gone missing. Just disgraceful!

Pathetic. I've been home all day waiting for my package to arrive since it's an extremely important one and they say "attempted delivery at 10:32am". No one even bothered to knock on my door to let me know the package was here! Laziest service I've ever experienced.

I picked up a few parcels there. A few old blokes at the collection centre there looked a bit gloomy but gave me my packages very fast so the customer service is good. The downside is that they are a bit too far from the city so if someone sends you something and you miss a delivery and want to pick up your package yourself, it is quite a bit of a drive from Darwin or Palmerston.
