Great service had the road train unloaded tarp & all straps wrapped up packed up & back on the road in around an hour & a bit pitty all transport depot's weren't like the Alice Springs depot great work fella's 👍👍👍👍

Nice people, their parcel pick up service is a bit disjointed, having to drive to the back of the compound in my little blue car past huge semis was a bit daunting.

Was impressed with the fast service. Drove in to warehouse, was quickly served by a forklift driver who also quickly found the pallet and loaded on my vehicle. Was in and out in 5min.

It was frustrating that they couldn't deliver our parcel. The person that sent it to us had addressed the parcel correctly but Toll's system just wanted to send it in a different direction. Even when I was at the depot, after driving 350 kms to Alice Springs just to pick up the parcel,they were still asking me if I could deliver other parcels to the address that had nothing to do with me and was 150 kms in the wrong direction. I can't recommend Toll's service.

Terrible customer service. We received a sorry we missed you card, went online as they requested and marked to have it redelivered. Package hasn’t been delivered, they can’t locate it and they said we need to call back tomorrow to talk to customer service.
