Received the car in Mount Isa just 2 days after the ETA despite being caught in SA and Brisbane floods. Received the car in showroom condition.Good tracking system and great customer support (replies to emails within 10 minutes). I was also informed of the two days delay well in advance. I strongly recommend prixcars to anyone who needs their car transported.

10 Days no up date on tracking, after ringing head office it shows up online as being at the depot. tried ringing Mt Isa 3 times no answer or call back???????? please try to do better next time thank you

In these cases, an exception is recorded on MyToll and we will keep you informed with updates regarding the status of the shipment.' Above ..their words ...never happens!!! ..twice in one week with shipments from two different companies. No updates on their tracking site. Same info for 3 or 4 days. No delivery received ..because it was held in depot without notification! Estimated arrival on tracking site was within a few days of despatch.. but no they only deliver once a month to tgat location so we will have to wait another 2.5 weeks for next due date. Who was going to tell us and who is responsible for updates to tracking record. Never again! We drove 100km and picked it up! Disgusting service. Second shipment sat in their depot a week before we traced it and after some hot words they delivered it!

I would not use toll ever again as there delivery driver never beeped or tried knocking on my door just carded me after my parcel has been at there depot for a few days before they even tried to deliver and on top of that they then try tell me that i have to wait another 3-4 days before they will try to redeliver
