MASSIVE shout out of Kevin from Toll in Townsville. We had a very urgent medical package that needed to be delivered by a very specific time today and he went out of his way to ensure this was done. The entire time that we have had Kevin delivering for us, he has been nothing but amazing, forever doing us favours when we need them and always making us smile when he comes in for a chat. I hope Toll realise how much of an asset Kevin is to the company. Absolute legend!

Absolutely ridiculous. Said they’ve tried to deliver 2 times. Left NO card. But received a txt saying they couldn’t access my house. I have no fence, nothing. So easily accessible. So tried calling. Got hung up on a couple of times. Finally got through, apparently can’t deliver for another 2 days now. Absolute joke. Will not be buying things if the company use toll.

Sorry we missed you card had none of the information filled out except for my name. Looked up office hours and it said 5pm, arrived at 4:33 and the place was locked up and empty. Still don't know where my package is and will have to leave work early to be able to pick it up before the 7 day return date.

Went to collect an IKEA package, woman at reception was rude. Took one look at my shoes and told me to come back with enclosed footwear, nowhere on any of the emails (which she claims) says anything about this; I had even rung up to confirm where I was to collect days before and nothing was mentioned about this. One would assume if it is a service open to the public you would drive your car to the pickup area and it would be bought out to your car?! Overall very disappointing regarding customer service, enclosed shoes, and collection times are not customer friendly.

Tried to pick up a delivery from Ikea. Was not contacted by Toll at all prior to pick up, but when we arrived were spoken to incredibly rudely by admin staff about needing closed in shoes to pick up our items. The depo is only open from 10am-2pm weekdays so very hard to arrange pick up when we are at work during these times. We were told to leave and return with closed in shoes, which we did. Upon return, other customers picking up packages were not wearing closed in shoes, and were not told to leave. Staff at pick up point were very unhelpful with pick up. We asked them to remove the pallet after we had loaded our packages into our car and were again rudely told to do it ourselves. Was very upset with the whole process, taking a total of 1.5hours to pick up two packages. Will not be using this company again.
