First delivery was unsuccessful due to not being home, fair enough. Second attempt I was home. Driver buzzed my unit to be let into my building, however, left prior to me being able to sign, inspect and accept the package. They left me the package which was delivered damaged. Advised the sender of the issue and they are kindly arranging to have a replacement product be sent out, unfortunately with Toll again

If you have a package you're indifferent about and you're sending it to someone you despise, Toll is the perfect courier. For all other circumstance, avoid like the plague. Their delivery service is appalling, and only exceeded by the customer service when you try to complain.

I would give them negative stars if I could, never have I experienced such horrible and lying courier group. Package from JB overnighted for the next day, courier guy parks in the driveway, searches his van for a few minutes, plays with his mobile and then just leaves. Meanwhile the tracking now updates to unable to deliver/ leave a card, what a joke. My ring door bell caught all the action, rescheduled for next day no delivery, emailed them and the customer rep said next day again but yet again no delivery. Asked JBHIFI to step in and they wouldn’t even properly communicate with the vendor themselves, wouldn’t let them know if it’s lost. Now it’s been more than 2 weeks that I’ve been waiting on a refund from JB as they won’t process it until TOLL actually COMMUNICATES with them and let them know what the actual f is going on. Bunch of incompetent people. Never will I ever use them as a service, and there I thought Auspost was bad for being late, I’d rather have my parcel late than have this done to me again.

Pathetic service. Schedule a delivery, don't leave note send back, then tell vendor they did jack(as I can see from my CCTV camera), so come back and leave note and then say left at a nominated centre, of course no detail on card just barcode for me to look up and of course go to nominated centre, and not there. Seriously

Absolutely terrible service. Have been stuck home all day waiting for a delivery. Constantly checking the tracking website for any update only to see it still says ‘In Transit Package arriving today’. At 5pm decide enough is enough and call customer ‘service’ only to be told they’d attempted the delivery earlier in the day. Despite being home all day I didn’t see or hear from any delivery attempt. Received no call, text or email. No update about this supposed attempt on the website or any tracking system. Instead I sat here waiting for a delivery that had supposedly ‘already been attempted’. An embarrassing company

Tracking said attempted delivery and left a card, but there was no attempt and no card - delivery person was clearly in the wrong building. Called to reschedule for a Friday, waited at home for the entire day - no show.

I've never experienced a worse delivery service than Toll. I've had many other problems in the past like not leaving cards and delivering two days late but this one has been the worst. I ordered something from IKEA and the delivery was put through Toll. It was under my business name and instead of contacting me to see if the business was open due to covid lockdown they just decided that my business was closed. My business is a home business so it is a residential address. When I rang up to find this out they apologised and said they will get the delivery out to me. I received an SMS to say it will be delivered today between 9-5 and once again it hasn't turned up. What a joke of a company.

Absolutely shocking that this company is blaming a health pandemic on their IT systems. They cannot provide any updates on package deliveries because of "a data breach" and have shut down their systems for internal employees and their customers. When you call, all staff are directed to read lines out and not use their own words - aka NO HELP AT ALL. SHOCKING - DO NOT USE!

Unfair workplace. Everyone upgrade PC but not you. Manager is aggressive and demanding. Can blame you as a kids no basic respection. Workload was up to 180 emails a day. If you raised issue, Manager replied its one person's role. Handover was only a few mins. No proper training and no time to do the job properly. Client rate is never up to date. Client relationship manager is not doing a good job and left issue for you to fix. Manager is rare to communicate with you. Customer service team is extremely busy. You will want to vomit at work.Work as a machine. No management support and no communication during my time at Toll. It is over half team are all new faces. If you want temp role feel free to join. It is short journey station not for long term career as no stability to work in Toll global forwarding.

Don't even know where to start, freakin terrible service from beginning to end. Rude staff, no service, delayed packages. It's the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Completely idiotic system and staff can't barely speak English or assist you! So disappointed.

I have dealt with this company a few times, either deliberate and undeliberately. Avoid at all cost! This company is full of stuffups, when things go wrong heaps of excuses after excuses, often with tendencies of blaming the sender/receiver instead. FedEx or DHL are far better alternatives.
