Absolutely shocking service. They collected from seller on 24 November. I contacted them after not receiving the parcel - even though their depot is only about 15kms from me. Said they don't deliver to Post Office boxes. No one bothered to contact me for my home address, even though my phone number was on the consignment note. Phone calls go to the Philipines - not even in this country. NOT HAPPY

We were there to pick up a parcel that was due to arrive anytime. The plane it arrived on had just landed however our parcel had not reached Toll yet. The staff member who helped us was friendly and helpful. He explained the situation well and gave us an accurate estimate of how long the parcel would take to arrive. When the parcel was delivered to Toll he immediately brought it out with no fuss. Quite happy with the service we received.

Shocking customer service. A delivery company with zero interest in giving you your parcel. 45 minutes on the phone to three seperate people to get their CAboolture depot address. They didn’t know it. I googled it instead.

This bunch of circus performers make clowns look good! Customer service appears to be an alien concept to Toll. It would help when attempting to deliver items if their driver actually pressed the bell on my gate (I was in the house) instead of just writing a card & driving off! Toll Customer Service Department. . Yes, I called them numerous times, they are in the Philippines & it turns out they are such a good customer Service Department that they can't call any Toll depots, they can't call senders of items for authorisations, they can't call customers back, turns out, they can't do much at all really except make arrangements for parcel deliveries that the depot in Brisbane (where all the clowns are based & have a jolly time) then say they won't carry out. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A DELIVERER or should that be NON DELIVERER? if I could have rated them - 5 stars it would have been closer to the mark!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Package had a Authority to Leave at my front door. Risk I am willing to take because it can be easily hidden, all good. Package was not left but received a card advising it had been returned to depot. Did not advise which one. Went online and punched the card number in to find my package. System unavailable. Tried calling and after 30 mins of no answer gave up. Had a whiskey and called it a day. Next day system still down. More whiskey. Called the next day and finally spoke to someone that was unfathomly difficult to understand. Eventually found out they had returned my package to Brisbane airport depot and wanted me to collect from there. This is a good 100 Kilometer round trip through rage inducing traffic. As no other solutions where presented to me after inquiring, I politely advised them to go and be intimate with themselves before they finally proposed a redirection to another address where someone would be available to receive the package. Of the dozens of packages I have received from other transport organisations this year Toll takes the incompetency cake. FYI - I found this post difficult to write with no profanity. 🥃

I have given one star because no option for zero stars. Having spent one day in a unit waiting for a delivery only to find a card in the mail box I was forced to wait over the weekend only to have the same thing happen. The driver is either lazy, stupid or incompetent for not ringing the unit buzzer and just leaving a card in the mailbox. This has proved costly as it was a modem for installation. At this time still waiting to hear from Toll when the driver will return creating more delay and cost whilst I am stuck in my unit waiting for the delivery or call from the customer service investigation staff. Auspost would have been quicker.

If you're a business owner and want to lose some customers just use Toll for delivery. Your customer will have to drive to the airport after paying for delivery.
