The hume office texts to say they have your mail , then you ring to ask to have the mail re- delivered, but no body answers the phone , good luck getting your mail from toll .

A hopeless and inefficient delivery service with very poor customer service. They claim they tried to deliver my parcel when four people were home and three cars were in the driveway. Clearly, the driver made zero attempt to be heard. The driver left a "Sorry we missed you card" that did not make it clear where my parcel was going, when it would get there or how I should pick it up. When I rang the number on the card, they were also unable to tell me where me parcel was going, when it would be there or how to pick it up. The only thing that is clear is that if I don't pick it up from the unknown location in the next seven days, it will be returned to the sender. What a total shambles! If you want a parcel NOT delivered, TOLL are the right people for the job.

Called up and was told to call a different number, so I did, they then said no I had to call Toll Canberra again, so I did and explained the situation and the broken alarm clock just kept telling me the same number to call after I said multiple times I have and she cut me off and said the number louder, no customer service at all

This is my first ever one star review, but unfortunately it is warranted. Toll "attempted" to deliver a large item of furniture, someone was home all day so they did not even try. After calling (as instructed) to re-arrange our delivery we had the complete run around. The number given was disconnected, then after getting through to this centre we were given the same number! The operator then completely shafted our call and diverted us to the company that we ordered from without any explanation! Completely rude and unprofessional. We then called back and got hung up on. Ridiculous. Please avoid using toll delivery if you can.

they would not leave the parcel at the house because it needed someone to sign for it, and they could do nothing without a signature even after I gave them the authority to leave. so I had to go out of my way to make sure someone was home all day! and after all that, THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR A SIGNATURE JUST HANDED IT OVER.!!!

Consumer unfriendly. Can't even make it clear where the public entrance is. So remote it hardly qualifies as being in Canberra. Vague notification procedures which mean the customer can be sent on a goose chase looking for parcels. Avoid.

Appalling service! My parcel has been at their depot in Canberra for 2days and no one could even be bothered to come drop it off. Had to arrange to pick it up and that also took ages. Bloody awful!

I would advise not to use Toll. If they try to deliver and you are not home you have to go to the depot to pick it up and they threaten that they will send it back to sender if you donât go to the depot within 7 days. I rang them to ask what time the depot closes and they wouldnât give me a time and said âsomeâ depots close at 5pm. To bad if you work till 5 đĄ

Poor service from Toll. No knock or doorbell rung, just card to say âsorry we missed youâ on 2/12. Rang 22/12 to check where to pick up parcel and initially told they need 24 hours to locate parcel in depo before I can collect even though card indicates they called in at 0916 and I rang at 0930. Had to ring back as was disconnected on phone and now told 24-48 hours to collect parcel and not able to tell me if it will be ready before Christmas. None on this information on their card so lucky didnât waste my time to drive out to collect it. So frustrating!!!

Worst post company operating in Australia. Delivery guy does not knock the door and just leaves the âMissed delivery cardâ by the door all the time. Then the website has technical issue so does not allow us to track post or reschedule for delivery or pickup. I called the number on the card to reschedule and they canât even track their own parcel with their own system. I felt disgusted by their service and decided to pick up the parcel from there collection point myself then they tell me they can not provide the location of the collection point unless they have clarified the customerâs parcel is currently at the collection point. What a JOKE. Now I am just waiting for a parcel that I do not know when it will come. ANY BUSINESS CONSIDERING DOING CONTRACT WITH TOLL, DO RECONSIDER.

Worst parcel delivery company I have ever dealt with. The parcel (supposed to be) a surprise anniversary gift from my partner. The driver wrote the wrong consignment number on the card. IT systems down so couldnât redirect online, spoke to their overseas call Centre they took my details for redirection. Waited one week still no parcel, rang again only to find out that the consignment number I had was incorrectly transcribed and no one had rebooked my parcel. Three weeks later and I still havenât got my priority parcel. In future I will NEVER buy from any store that uses Toll logistics. If youâre a business who prides themselves on customer satisfaction and service and you rely on parcel delivery. CAUTION do NOT use TOLL ever!!

Totally inept company. Was supposed to receive delivery on Wednesday, they didn't show up. Altered my order to give authority to leave on Thursday. Attempted delivery on Thursday but ignored authority to leave all together. Spent close to 2 hours on the phone to Toll only for them to promise that it would be delivered as a priority first thing this morning. By 11am still no delivery. Spent another hour on the phone to Toll trying to be transferred to the Canberra office only to be told repeatedly that they were not answering their phone. Lady from the Canberra office rings me at 1.45pm to say they are putting it out for delivery on Tuesday and tells me they have no record of authority to leave and aren't responsible for when we are told it will be delivered. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. Toll are completely incompetent, have a complete lack of organisation and communication. Disgraceful customer service.

I resented going all the way out there to collect the package I paid to have delivered to my house. It was also hard to find as they have another facility a short way down the road and I ended up there first. But once there, the staff were very helpful, usually dealing with these kinds of places area giant ball-ache to deal with.

They are super unreliable, we've paid for the overnight delivery service, one week after and I am still chasing my pallets. Customer service is poor, they promise to call you back but it never happens. Not the first time I have issues with this company but it will be the last..

Plain and simple, I hate Toll. When you're home, they won't even try to ring your door. Nor will they bother to let you pick it up from a parcel locker. Rather have you drive 20km south into the bushland to pick it up. Had it redelivered next day, just for the hell of it they delivered it to the wrong people... Bad logistics and just the worst company.

Driver screwed up and didn't make the delivery. Toll didn't contact me for two weeks to tell me about the failed delivery. I chased them up and finally got my package and filed a complaint. NSW Toll representative chased the problem up, admitted Toll's mistake and identified improves and fixes he had recommended. Professional and courteous follow up by management mitigated poor delivery and contact procedure.

So disgusted with the delivery of my order. The delivery person buzzed my unit and immediately left without waiting for me to respond. I rang the company and was advised that the driver was not answering his phone. After explaining to this person that I was unable to walk and was disabled. I received and angry phone call which informed me my large package had been left outside of the building. I had to use crutches to hobble from the 3rd floor to the entry. Just as I got there a person was trying to remove the box. Luckily a neighbor came up to the entry and assisted me. Very poor service Need to improve policy for delivery to apartments.

Bad service! Got a card saying 'unable to deliver returned to depot', no idea where it is. Have to call. Have been 3 days with 7 calls, from 10-70 waiting time on each. Each time, was told that 'a text message would arrive very soon, by the end of the day or if not earlier, to give the collection address. If not, call again'. Nothing happened. When called back, each time, the assistant acknowledged the text was sent, but to a wrong phone number, but still could not give the collection address. Keep calling....

I was home when the so called delivery took place as indicated by the time on the failed to deliver card left in my mail box. The most usless card for indicating where my local pick up point is. I have called between the number on thr card privided between 9-5 several times over the last 3 days and get put on hold for up to 30mins and no aswer. Logged a find my parcel via tracking number to no response or reply after 3 days. Totally RUBBISH

Delivery Driver Richard is very unhelpful. Delivered 1 of 4 consignments and said I had to sign that 4 had been delivered. Warehouse manager wouldn't sign so he demanded we put the item back on the truck and said we will deliver it when the rest when we have time.

No attempt to deliver, then get the notification 'unable to deliver returned to depot' no further details to tell me what that depot is (even though I know from previous parcels) but then when you try to check their website for opening hours they don't even have that, so I suppose you just gotta guess? Spent 20 mins on the phone 10 of which on hold before finally talking to someone to find out the depot closes at 5:30 pm (might be a genius idea to have that accessable to the public) and the person on the phone I could barely understand. They organised a 'redelivery' if you can call it that when there wasn't an initial 'delivery' but we'll see how well that goes seeing as the driver can't find a simple address the first time. Pathetic service. Would not have ordered from Jbhifi online if I knew they used Toll.

The most useless place I have ever been to , it said it was open went to go pick somthing up and all the gates were closed and they said that that they are not open , they also tried to say they had tried to deliver it when we were home all day and there was no note nothing .
