very slow updates, and whole company have no idea where my consignment went, employees are totally lost and very unreponsible towards their duties. customer service is no help as they say they cant do anything but to wait. no empathy towards how the shipment can be very urgent and needed. my consignment was supposed to be delivered today and it they let me wait whole day waiting for it but right at the end of the business hours i had to call and know that shipment did not board on delivery truck but it says its on the way. they messed up but i offered to come pickup the item but they cant find it!!!
