A very simple parcel which should’ve taken a lot less than a week turned into 2 weeks of waiting for a small package to arrive. Online tracking is a joke with limited information and 70% of the time my tracking number didn’t work, it just continually told me my parcel didn’t exist. Definitely would not recommend using toll group
