Got a message to say that me parcel was being delivered today that text was at 9:00, 9:35 I get a text saying they were unable to deliver. The card said they drop off at 9:30. I was home all morning. Toll needs to get their driver doing their job properly and having them actually attempt to knock on the door. Very disappointed with this service. 😠

Received a message saying my parcel was delivered even though it wasn't. what is going on with this company? Dealt with them twice, had problems twice. Take responsibility for your incompetence.

Knock on the door!!!! Don't just leave a note on the letter box without knocking the door! You are paid to deliver for goodness sake!! 😒🙄 We have waited all day and checking every hour for the item to arrive to find out we missed the delivery!

Hello, I have used your service recently for a parcel delivery. On 10/Nov - 11 am, My wife received a message saying the the parcel is out for delivery, and it never gets delivered. On 10/Nov - 3pm I checked online It took a detour and went back to the warehouse, my wife has waited the whole day. No call from the delivery team around why the parcel did not get delivered. The only contact is your global help desk, who can’t even call the warehouse directly. This is my case number: 11414709 By the way, I live down south near Aubin Gove, I do not understand why the parcel is at your Geraldton warehouse…. Please have some respect for your customer; we do not sit all days, every days at home hoping your delivery team might or might not deliver my parcel. I honestly recommend no one in their right mind should use your service.
