Look if you're good they will look after you. But, in saying that. They do not communicate well with the actual management and supervisors at Toll. Also they don't keep up with their records well. You ask for specific days and specific shifts they do the opposite and get mad when you can't come in. You have to be a yes man in order to succeed with them. Also, no reward system for hardworkers.

Inconsistent with pays. They literally pay you only when they are in the mood and because they have to so it feels sometimes. šŸ˜ On a positive note: The Melbourne Office Consultants are always friendly and checking in frequently how things are at the workplaces. That's much appreciated.

Unfortunately was let go from Toll due to past (40 yrs??) record after security screening application came back.. and not forgetting the last of those 35 yrs having a successful working career without a blemish on my employment history..until this??? My question is?..in a company as big as Toll?..was i the only individual in all Toll siteā€™s with a pass record?..i doubt that!! Toll People need to look at their Human resource process at how consistent are they with their hiring process??

Toll recruitment are amazing! They listen to what you have to say, they are helpful, organised and always return you calls. If you are not happy with the work they provided they will match you to a work place that is compatible. You do the right thing by them and they'll do the same. I can see why this company is expanding. Keep up the good work toll

They continuesly tell me im not under australian working rights and that i am not under an award also they believe if you start 2pm and finish 10pm afternoon shift rate is only payable for the last 2.5hrs the rest is day shift rate. Toll people also pay the same rate for morning afternoon and night shift on weekends. Always missing hrs, payslips are not broken down and some co workers have not been paid for a weeks work and back payed that wreks work in the next week or two. Its like working for a brick wall and finally meal allowance is paid after 12hrs hahaha what a joke.

I went through their online induction and had to get time off work to go to their office for the actual induction at the client site. I was told to ring back the next Thursday for when the site induction will be when I suddenly received an email out of nowhere that I was unsuccessful in my application the following day. I expected better management from one of the biggest logistics company in the country.

If you sign up with these guys expect to be signing illegal contracts, have pay queries that never get answered, ring them 12 times over a week and then have them tell you off because they didn't pick up the phone the first 11 times, be reviving messages about other people's shifts and disciplinary issues. The list goes on believe me and I have only been signed on with them for a month! THE WORST CASUAL AGENCY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING FOR!

They will overhire people for their new contracts so they they can run things better and then after dust settles you will find out that you been left alone at your own with 1 shift a week just in case they need you again in a month's time. This complany hired hundreds of people for their new coles contract. They did interviews for all of them giving them hopes that you will get consistent work. They hired people full time who were mostly agencies with drivers with far less experience some of them only driven trucks for few months. People who had years of experience working at current site were only handed causal forms. People wasted more than 15 hours on their training (paid) only to be rostered 1 day a week. Sure they needed all of them when it was chaotic. Ethics are lacking I would say. I got no problem with people being causal. But MAKE SURE when you hire people let them know some weeks you will only be making 300$. People want to work for big companies cos they are great but recruiters tarnish their image. There will be no loyalty for this company from drivers who have been taken advantage off. ALSO Please make sure you don't loose track of payments you are supposed to make. Avoid this recruitment agency work for people who value you time and loyalty.

Worst agency to work with underpaying employees while they do leading hand roles in toll Ipec and if you complain against Managment you get sacked and Manager Rebecca Papaluca runs family business in toll Ipec her niece gets promotion even after harassing good staff and become supervisor in no time and itā€™s like a gangster business zero work ethics please hire good qualified Managment staff or else as always you going to loose good staff and good contract as well worst place to work guys think 10 times before you work for them. Guys donā€™t work for toll Ipec as they going to use all casual staff if you want full time in future as they only give work for less than 6 months so that they donā€™t need to give full time work to employees and send you to next warehouse no future for employees

I applied through seek for a position this company had to offer, a few days later I received a call about the position and they asked me to come in for an interview. All went well and they scheduled a day for a walk through at the site I was going to work at, it took about a week to organise it. On the day all went fine and they said that they will schedule a medical, that took another week before they set a date. A few days after the medical they called and said I passed and now they are just waiting for the client to organise a starting date. Another week has passed and I called them and asked what is happening with the job. It has been over 3 weeks now after the interview and still I have not started work. Then I got a call on a Monday from them saying that the client is not taking anymore casuals, but they had another job lined up for me. They scheduled an induction for Thursday of that week, when I arrived at the site they told me that I am starting a 5.5 hour shift right after the induction, I did not expect that and was not even dressed or had food for the cold night ahead, but I did it anyway. So I started working for this new client, and all went well until payday, which they said are on Tuesdays. So Tuesday came and no pay, so I figured I would wait till Wednesday, still nothing, I called them and they said they never received my hours from the client but it will show Friday night, I eventually got paid around 9pm Friday night. All this time I was still working, then come Monday and no text for a shift so I figured I am not rostered on so I left it and the same with Tuesday and Wednesday. Now I was expecting to get paid on the Tuesday for last weeks pay but nothing, before I could call them they rang me on Thursday and asked if I could work a shift that night, I said no because I would like to get paid first and that I have not received any shifts for the week, then my Consultant, her name is Joe told me and I quote "I was not aware that you were not being rostered on" you are the consultant, how are you not aware?? Anyway, I asked about my pay again and she said they had a problem with the client paying my wages but they received my hours and my pay will show Friday night. It is now Saturday 4pm and no pay yet. This is the worst agency I have ever worked for, so unorganised, and have no idea what they are doing. I would stay far away from them as possible. And if any of them are reading this I will be taking this matter to Ombdusman.
