Horrendous!! Small 350gm parcel sent 28 Jan from Preston Vic, we gave up waiting, went to the Toll depot and collected it in person 18 Feb. 11 Feb: received call from Toll (they had to check address) delivery following Mon 14 Feb. 15 Feb: call to Toll stating no delivery - assured it would be delivered same day. 18 Feb: still no parcel, call Toll again stating we'll pick it up. Still took staff 15 min after giving them the Consignment number. Parcel had full address with a map attached still sitting on a rack somewhere. Good grief!! Post received: I am still waiting for the txt message allowing me to pickup from a call 2 hrs ago but we did receive a txt message stating, "parcel was DELIVERED". Seriously, it took me 15 min there, 15 min back home to do what Toll didn't do in 7 days!!

Absolutely hopeless - Small parcel arrived Townsville 8th December, and attempted delivery (not home when courier called - Expect you to wait at home all day - Don't book approximate time) . Rang Thursday said they would deliver Friday 10th (filled in the "sorry I missed you card "and left in letter box). Tuesday 14th rang again - when can I expect delivery? - tomorrow, Thursday 16th Rang again to complain told they would review problem since it had been at local depot for over a week. - Received Text saying (Parcel will be held 7 days - come and pick it up from the depot) Depot out at industrial area - lot of toll buildings no street number on the gate or signage. I would recommend anybody else - Have had good experiences with Sendle !!!

Toll Priority would not show up on Google maps. Even Tolls website said there wasn't one in Townsville, so I've added it's location. Hope it helps people find it easier.
