Absolutely hopeless. Have been home all day waiting on a parcel. They were too lazy to even knock on the door and just carded it without even attempting delivery. So sick and tired of this sort of laziness!

I was expecting a package and I received a message Toll that it had been delivered. The proof of delivery shows it was left at someone else’s house. I called Toll numerous times and they keep telling me they will send an update. Is it so hard to talk to the delivery person and track where they left the package?
