While I didnā€™t receive a phone call to schedule a pickup, I happened to be home when Jamie arrived from StarTrack to pick up a package. There was actually a second package that needed to go with it (unbeknownst to Jamie) and he was more than happy to accommodate the additional item and helped me finish packaging it up. Seems StarTrack has some pretty bad reviews but the service provided by Jamie was great and well worth acknowledging.

I was home, received a text message "We attempted to deliver your parcel". Delivery person didn't even knock, not sure why they would lie about having actually attempted to deliver the parcel. Then asked me to pick up parcel from other end of town. What is the point of this company? Clearly not delivering goods. Not sure why companies pay Startrack for this 'service'. I Called customer service immediately, very unhelpful. I'd avoid these guys like the plague, and if you have to use them for some reason, just resign yourself to having to pick up the parcel yourself.

If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. Australian businesses - PLEASE avoid using Star Track if you have ANY other way of delivering your goods - I guarantee your customers will thank you for it. Have had my orders shipped incorrectly back and forth between multiple depots as they supposedly had an 'unclear delivery address'- one has now arrived (very clearly and correctly addressed), while the other has been lost. Customer service reps on phone are either lying or have no visibility on tracking other than that which the customer can see via the MYPOST app, and the 'investigators' never call back with a promised update. Worst delivery service in the country.

I am really over Starwreck. Previously feigns delivery on numerous occasions before taking it to a PO miles away. Now receives parcel on 22 Jul for delivery 25-27 July from Sydney to Canberra. Now, due to 'congestion' it will take up to 20 days to go the last 300km. Senders, please stop using this courier. It is part of Australia Post but they deny any liability when things go wrong.

Customer service reps on the phone are either incompetent or will outright lie to you insisting something has been done to avoid doing any work. Don't believe a word they say, you'll only find out they did nothing when you call back. They'll also be extremely rude to you whilst you try to explain what the previous reps have told you.

According to the tracking system, there was a ā€œ Attempted delivery - Unable to gain accessā€, which is false, because I was at home all the time that day. I think the lazy driver didnā€™t even turn up as I did not notice any delivery person.

ref DSCZ00133923, Posted in Sydney last Wednesday 12/4/2023, for overnight delivery is still not delivered to my Kippax Post Box in Canberra on the 17/4/2023. Reason being this company owned by Australia Post they cant find the Kippax Postoffice. We do not have a suburb Kippax, guessing same would apply to finding Manuka, Jamison etc. If this was not so pathetic it would be laughable. Let my package of live roses sit in the depot all weekend. Then get a text message at 7.30 am to collect from Hume on Monday? They didn't even put it on the truck! It's not a heavy package. They are not answering their phones till 9am. Last time I was there couldn't find my package. It was me who spotted it. They are useless.

I was home all day, no one rang the door bell. Only to get mobile notification that a deliver attempt was made and ticket left in mailbox for collection. Very disappointed!

The tracking number says delivery was attempted, but the person at the address did not recognise the name. I was at home all day, to ensure I did not miss the delivery. The website is now not recognising the tracking number when I try to request a pickup from the depot, and the website errors out when I submit a support request.

There's no way to contact them, using the 'contact us' function always fails and I can't even decipher the consignment handwriting
