Likes to damage people parcels and they don't secure big bulky boxes so they don't get thrown around in the back off the truck. my mountain bike was damaged and the delivery guy didn't care one bit have made a complaint nothing has be done will make a small claims court date today for this to be resolved

Worse than useless. Lost my parcel and ghosted me. It's impossible to get in touch with any of their agents, only an automated system that can't understand aussie accents. Also, they don't deliver- The address is written on all 6 sides of the box but they just keep it at the depot, no call, no show. Only use star track if you're trying to lose or destroy your item.

Unbelievable Bad service, we dispatched a cocktail video game for a customer and insured the item just in case of any damage. The item got smashed even tho we packed the box with extra bubble, foam and cardboard with fragile tape. We tried to make a claim for the customer and it was denied! Star track also kept the money we paid for it to be delivered. we are now out of pocket over $2500! With a very unhappy customer. It is unbelievable they are not held accountable, the government needs to step in on these big freight company's ripping small business off.

EVERY time I have a delivery scheduled from these guys I have to make the 120klm round trip to pick up my goods because these nongs won't deliver it as paid for and THEN they won't answer their phone - I wouldn't recommend them - EVER.

Google maps takes you to the wrong place but not sure whether it's Google or the wrong address, you need to go further down the road
