Absolutely useless. Everytime I have a parcel sent through star track, it gets stuck at the busselton depot for 1-2 weeks.. which I don't understand because I live a 45 minutes drive away. My last parcel was sent to busselton, then back to Perth just to get sent to margaret river.. paying a significant amount for this service when you can't even provide it. Borderline criminal.. I wonder how much money you make a year claiming to be 'priority' when a standard post parcel takes 4-5 days and star track takes over 2 weeks!!!
