"Losing" vital medicines, prescribed by a Doctor and sent via a pharmacy. Being almost impossible to contact, even by supervisors within their call-centre. Lying to both their superiors and Australia Post in regards to the status of the package and seem completely uninterested in resolving a very serious issue. They really seem like a bunch of grubs.

I was given the runaround for days on end about my parcel. When the parcel was finally delivered, they delivered it to the wrong address. I lodged a claim immediately and the response is always âI can see that the item has since been deliveredâ.. yes but to the wrong house! I have explained in my communications THREE TIMES now that it was not delivered to me and they keep closing my case. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service. No acknowledgment of wrong doing.

Waited for my parcel, my kitchen window blind was up with tv blaring. A few minutes later got message saying attempted delivery made. Was no delivery person or delivery van. Am unable to go out to Mt St John in middle of nowhere to pick up parcel.

Have been waiting on medication to be delivered by star track when I finally tracked down the package it had been sitting at their depot for 5 days when I called them was told they were waiting for confirmation of delivery address which is the first time this has happened since getting my medication delivered, when I told the operator it has been sitting there was told they would try and get it out next day this is not acceptable as it is medication and is clearly labelled "medication urgent delivery " not good enough

Incorrect updates, impossible to contact, always someone elses fault that startrack won't do their job, deliveries are always late, drivers NEVER attempt a delivery that requires them to leave their comfortable car seat, consider yourself lucky if you get an unattempted delivery card, pick up is always a hassle. Literally the single WORST delivery service. I really wish that companies would stop pairing with this incompetent courier.

-"Sorry we missed you, can collect your package from the warehouse, or call us to try a redelivery" -organise a day to stay home, cancel all plans, and wait for supposed midday redelivery -no attempt made -"sorry, we can try another delivery" -okay, but not staying home the whole day for this -"sorry we missed you [...]" -go to warehouse to pickup -guy looks like he can't even give enough of a **** to even stay awake at the job, like he's woken up from an hour long nap without a coffee -"was that today? Nah, delivery truck doesn't get back till 5 or so" -closing hours of warehouse is 5 -get the company the order came from involved, some days later pressure is put on to actually ****ing deliver -on arrival, box is trashed At least what was inside that was needed days prior wasn't damaged. Miraculously. Thanks google for prompting me to leave a review!

Unprofessional and no integrity. They left a card in the mailbox saying they had attended and no one was home. I took the day off work specifically for this delivery. I also have security cameras. They never even came into the yard - just dumped the card in the letterbox and kept driving. I called the company immediately and the administrator was lovely, but I still had to wait an additional 3 days for it to be delivered again.

I am totally and utterly dissatisfied at the discrimination shown towards myself and my business today. Trying to have a PREPAID satchel picked up and told it can't be done without an account. Can't have an account because I don't spend enough. My 2 sister businesses can send the exact same satchels WITHOUT an account and definitely without any issues. I will never use or try to use this poor excuse for a freight company ever again. I did not want to even give them 1 star but I can't post without it

I am utterly disgusted that Driver #4420 did not toot his horn at our front gate yesterday afternoon. Obviously just presumed nobody was in attendance at the residence....my husband has not long been discharged from hospital with Oncology issues and by not letting us know he was here has put us both in a very difficult position due to our highly compromised immune Systems. We are not at all satisfied with this service!

It's a close last place with Aust Post for deliveries. Saying they delivered your loo paper subscription when they had not is fkn LOW!! Despatch noti says "Delivered 25th Jan", yet next entry on 27th Jan says "Onboard with driver" Well this was yesterday, and nothing arrived, not note in the letterbox . Probably stole it to help clean up the pile of crp reviews they receive!....Plan ahead you muppets, order your own date roll, deliver what was paid for. Modern day train robbers, except we pay them to steal our parcels...

Delivered so so late..my 43 Live fish were picked up by them at 11.28am at the airport, I waited at home all day, they then delivered at 7.30pm that night. They had no urgent contact number and I could only talk to a computer system that just said.. they are out for delivery. I really thought my fish would be all dead. A really Bad experience, they caused me stress, this company is NOT professional and they don't care about they're customers or pets welfare and I wont care when they fail and close down.

This is the fourth time i order online and this driver "attempts" to deliver the parcel but doesn't buzz my unit. I've made a few complaints about this before and no one have done anything about it, next time, Im warning you, I will make a video of how your employee works and will post it online for everyone to see how your service is not worth to pay for! This is very disrespectful and upsetting!!!

In my opinion this is the most useless freight company in all of Australia. Poor service, poor management, overall extremely disappointed and will request all future packages to be delivered via any other freight company. I will never reccoment this company to anybody I know, I will never use it myself. They get your package, they decide to hold it, they never contact you to inform you of there decisions, you contact them to find out why its been at the depot for days and they apparently can't deliver it due to it being incorrectly labelled. I give them all relevant information to correct the issue but "unfortunately we can't do that" need to collect it, google says open to 6pm, go to find they're closed at 5pm. Contact them to ask if my partner can collect on my behalf. Nope not aloud. Not open weekends. I work all of there open hours, nobody is aloud to collect for me, they won't deliver and I can't change any relevant information. So in other words im down 3.5k, im inconvenienced, annoyed, angry and appalled. Cheers startrack for nothing. -15/10 â review.

I give a 1 as 0 is not an option, poor service, parcels not turning up, people signing to say delivery had been done when it didnât happen, we had urgent supplies for my disabled son. It was delivered outside the door with no notice in the dark. Company seemed clueless when I asked where 5th box was despite them changing delivery total. Really hard to get through on the phone. Not happy at all with the whole experience.

Parcel scanned in at depot over a week ago now, and no further update... I paid for the express postage instead of a free postage option due to timely requirements now more than a week after I should have had my item, there's no update and no actual info about where it is or why it never got past scan in at the depot. Extremely disappointing. Having said that, all staff have been polite and friendly when trying to follow it up.

I have been using StarTrack for years, i wont say they are perfect but i have always gotten my delivery. Now coupled with being owned by Australia post and to add the use of the new parcel lockers, I get a notification on my phone when the delivery has arrived at the parcel locker and i can collect it myself 24/7. Beautiful combination.

This is the third delivery within a week that I have had to pick up from the post office as they are obviously too lazy to deliver to the door. I have been home on these delivery dates and NO attempt was made to deliver my parcel. Would leave 0 stars if possible. No service = 0 stars

Delivered my parcel on time as promised from express order. But they somehow delivered it to the wrong address!!! We had to follow it up from numerous calls. While being patient and constantly being sent SMS that our parcel had been left on the front door when our parcel is not at our address. StarTrack had informed us that the parcel had been delivered and dropped to a wrong address stated on the phone. Go figure if the address doesn't match why leave it there in the first place? I really appreciate the customer service from the lady on the phone 'cant remember her name' with a New Zealanders accent. Thank you so much for being very informative and helpful. But the performance from the delivery drivers need attention its very unprofessional. We will not be using StarTrack in the near future. Its very disappointing handling consumers costly goods and misplacing them. Shows no care for others property and creating so much inconvenience having to follow up the whereabouts of a misplaced parcel.

I complained this to POST for many times, but itâs never been solved. Iâm the recipient so I donât have the choice, but if u are Senders, donât use their service please!

I had a pick up time at 3pm even though I asked for after 4 as I am at work.. come home early got till about 330 still no pick up driver. Call them up they tell me it was between 3pm and 6pm even though they didnt tell me that. Waited for those 3 hours and they never arrived! Beyond mad because now I will have to waste another afternoon on this useless company. Cant call them because they shut at 6pm. Dont bother with this service.

2 large cartons dumped outside my door while I was out. Not mine. Rang Star Track to have them call and collect. The call centre would not give me a local number or switch me through to the local depot. I waited all day and was then told IF there was a driver in the area they would pick them up. Really slack service and not a word of sorry. I hope the person who owns these cartons is not desperate for their contents...the consignment note says they are continence garments? I will be asking any supplier I order from online to avoid sending by Star Track.

Terrible.... I wouldn't bother using this service, zero support when trying to resolve an undelivered item issue. Dispatch couldn't care less. I had some items delivered on 24th March, all boxes were torn open and one item was missing. Delivery drivers told me they would lodge a record of the missing item and to call the distributor if I had not received the item within 2 days. Called the distributor and Startrack dispatch, called the Townsville number and went straight through to head office, the lady on the phone was no help, couldn't even tell me who delivered the package and didn't want nothing to do with it. The distributor has been trying to resolve this with Startrack and still no luck. Has been nearly 5 weeks and no word. Stay clear of this company, I have nothing good to say at this point.

"Sorry we missed you" card left, called them on Friday early afternoon to have it redirected, was told it would be delivered on Monday......waited, waited, and waited on Monday no parcel, rang them again, will be delivered Tuesday, got home from a day at the hospital, still no parcel left as promised, rang them again to be told it will be delivered on Wednesday. Excuse was they are back logged from the floods...rubbish. Also their online tracking system is hopeless has not been updated for this parcel for 5 days. And every time I called (5 times) their automated person asked me for the bar code which I gave , it said "sorry didn't get that, can you now tell me the consignment number" , why can't I give that in the first instance. Terrible automated answering system and useless tracking system.
